She was so incredibly helpful/knowledgeable about the tea flavors, asking what I liked & was looking for specifically. I love that she was able to direct me towards flavors I hadn't tried before based upon what I like. SUPER, SUPER NICE! Love that she asked about what I'd like to see in the store!
