The place was busy as a beehive when I pulled in and I thought well there goes the afternoon, but someone was waiting on me within five minutes and I was out of there with a new tire 20 minutes later! They were friendly and polite in addition. The tire wasn't fixable due to the extra half-mile I drove to pull in somewhere safe instead of the side of the road (my dad always said don't worry about the tire - get to a safe place if the car will still move) but I did expect that. The price for the tire was right in line with the prices I have seen before at Walmart, Discount Tire, etc which I thought was remarkable for an independent shop. Huge shout-out to this store and the small-town spirit in Jacksboro that had people at my car helping me before I could even get out - I did not get the young men's names but they absolutely refused taking any amount of money from me and would not even let me go in the store with them and pay for snacks -

I feel I can speak to the value of this business. For starters, the staff is great! I highly recommend calling ahead with an appointment. You can build a profile online, so they know the type of tires and/or wheels you need! You can have them order the tires if they don't have them, and then show up at your appointment time... they will have everything they need, you will have everything you need, and you will be out in less than an hour! If you stop in though, they are still fantastic, but you might have to wait! They have complimentary coffee and water, and a great view in the waiting room! ProTip: Get your wipers changed here! What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of accountability from ownership when confronted about it. No urgency, no ownership, no professionalism.
