We had an unusual trailer issue that the owner himself came out to investigate. He took his time and was able to fully remove our van safely from our broken tow dolly. Deadbeat Liar's, I waited 3.0 hours to have my card towed even though I was told that they would be there within the hour. I ended up calling Kreager Towing and they were there within 20 minutes. I do not recommend Mike's towing for ANYTHING!!!!!. My rating for them is a 0. Way to go Kreager for being on time and telling the TRUTH!!!!! read more

Wish I could give them a lower rating. Every single time we called them they were insanely rude. Car got totaled in a crash and they showed up on scene and took the car away. The STARTING fee was 300 and went up 30/ night we didn't have 300 extra to spend so we were trying to figure out a way to give the totaled car to them. We went to talk to them and something was wrong with the title and we had to get it fixed by sec of state.becuase of covid you have to make an appointment for sos. The lady argued with me when I told her it took me 2 months before I could get an appointment to renew license last time I tried. So I tried again and the next appointment I found with sos this time was 2 months away. Now they are going to still charge 30$ a night so by the time I can even get into sos, I will owe thousands of dollars just for them to take my car. So I figured I would just bite the $400 it was sitting at right now instead of owing thousands. We called to pay it that night so it didn't keep going up and we live just across town maybe 5 moles away and they charged $70 on top of the 400 it was already sitting at (no idea why) so at this point fine we will bite the cost and not have to deal with it. Well while they are perfectly fine with charging us $30 a night no exceptions they couldn't find our car and said they'd bring it sometime tomorrow no time frame really Next day comes they drop it off and leave without saying anything. We find there are no keys in it!! I paid damn near $500 for them to not give us the car day of and now they lost the keys. Now they took the keys at the scene of the crash and said they needed them. Then we found them in the ignition when we were trying to give it to them and the lady said they wanted to hold onto it incase they had to move it so we gave it to them a second time. It is now been 6+ hours since we notified them that we don't have our keys and they lost them and they have not called us back once. I called back and the lady said she called the truck driver an he doesn't know where they are. They aren't going to find my keys and they clearly don't give a shot. I could forgive this if this was an honest mistake and it was 1 issue it's just one issue after another with these people. They don't cut you a break and they charge $30 a night and don't even bring back your shit in a timely fashion not do they return ALL of your property even if they are the ones that lost it! And it was quite nonshalant the responses that THEY lost our keys. read more

i'm given mike's wrecker outside & in thieving workers company no 's!! they towed my vehicle and that very same day they had stolen a lot of valuable things that not only belonged to me but my daughter as well! i had brand new things that they took as well as my louis vuitton purse my check book my 10 disc cd changer that was mounted down in my trunk, they also took the thing that went around the steering wheel, jewelry, my daughter's things she had received frm friends, family, myself and, her father while she was very ill and in the hospital! they also took brand new clothes and shoes that was in my truck as well very very sad but very true! i will never in life call on mike's wrecker to ever tow another vehicle for as long as i'm here on this earth i will never ever recommend them to no one not even a person riding a bike i wouldn't care if they were my last result i will push my car then to ever have to call on them! when i picked up my car and noticed that things were missing before even pulling out of the lot i hurry and ran back in to confront them about it and of course they lied and said they didn't take anything and threatened to can the police on me! i politely as i could told the man to call them & i'll patiently wait better yet i beat him calling them to make my own report and they police never did anything about it it was my word against there's go figure! they work work with the city of saginaw police anyways so ppl please be careful because u'll become the next victim to have things stolen from out of your vehicle as well! true story i'm quite sure i'm not the only 1 that went through this with them either! other ppl need to tell on them as well! they do not deserve to be in business because all they do is lie to u cheat u out of ur money and also steal steal steal! damn thieves! didn't want to give no stars but had to so this review can post unfortunately read more

Had an accident and the driver lied to us. He refused our AAA card and told us he had to tow our car to his impound lot and not to the place of our choice. Called the owner who wouldn't remedy the situation backing his driver and basically calling us liars. Then charged us $250 to get our car out the next day plus we had to pay for another tow!!! The temperature was 16 degrees, with wind gusting up to 40 m.p.h. when a piece of debris blew across the roadway and hit my car. It punctured my tire immediately. I limped to to a gravel farm lane and called the closest tow service. Dan on the phone was cheerful and knew exactly where I was, even though I didn't. Tom, the driver, changed my tire so quickly that I thought he must not have been able to complete it. They were fast and professional. I hope I never need another tire change, but if I do, Mike's gets my business. read more

On a 90 degree day, my son's car broke down in the middle of the afternoon. When I call Mike's for a tow they said "hope to get to you within the hour". An hour and a half later I called again and asked if I was still getting a tow. They said they were on the way. Thirty five minutes later they finally pulled in. That was a 2 hour wait and it isn't like there was a blizzard going on or anything. They were only towing a mile down the road, at most. When they got the the repair shop, the mechanic at the shop was surprised to see the vehicle being dropped off in the middle of the driveway and said they usually ask where to put it. This guy did not, so the mechanic said Mike's would be getting a call in the morning to come back out and move it out of the way. I will not use this company again. read more
