My daughter's Equinox went into low power mode and she was stranded in Saginaw, and apparently all the two trucks in Saginaw were too busy to come. Long story short I had to leave my vehicle at gas station and worried about it, but was so thrilled that it didn't matter and I was having it towed to my house. Cyrus was very personal and I couldn't thank him enough. He even told me what he thought was wrong with the vehicle and how right he was. I was thinking the car was a goner, but now I'm having it repaired. He certainly has a personality for a tow truck driver and I'll call I Tow again if I get stranded again. My girlfriend was stranded on the side of the road due to her alternator. Leroy was extremely kind, warm, and friendly. He updated us of his arrival time 3 times (he was pretty far away from us) making us feel like the wait time wasn't as long as it actually was. When he arrived he took time to take a look at the car, explain what he was going to do, and hooked the car up all within 10 minutes or less. He also had a great sense of humor, making us laugh in a pretty crappy situation. He let us know when our car safely arrived to the shop we requested. We were driving home to the Metro Detroit area from Northern Michigan when a hose burst & we were leaking antifreeze. By the time we came to the next exit & got off the freeway, the car was steaming quite a bit. We were tired from traveling (my sister who was driving, her special needs son, & I).
