However, Chris the Operations Manager and Josh the owner both came by, called, and text and went all out to ensure the issues that we had were not only rectified but did everything to make things good going forward. I could tell Josh, specifically, wanted to make sure that they proved that any mistakes made were not the norm with them and they were going to make up for all issues and gain my trust going forward. For this I was very thankful. Unfortunately, companies make mistakes but how they address them is what makes some standout from the crowd and that is what Josh did with GrassRoots. We called that afternoon and set up an appointment with Jeff Stucker Monday morning. When he got here on time, he was shocked with how big the crack was. It was clearly an emergency situation and he was able to have a quote done quickly and a crew scheduled for that Friday morning. They were there early and worked thru the day and came back first thing Monday morning to finish it. After everything was cleared out they put the big things back in place and left it as clean as you could want after felling a 150+ year old tree. It was really big. We couldn't be happier with the work and professionalism. The cost at the end was the quoted price which was a very good price.

They executed the job immediately upon arrival, they took three trees down and cleaned up our yard and in front of our house beautifully! I'm not sure how much he's paid for the service. But he was very satisfied with the amount that he paid to have the trees removed based on our experience. Also, there was one stump that we wanted cut down a bit more and they did so without any hesitation. They're coming back to take down trees in the backyard as well.
