When we first went In to get our car they lady looked like she (Marteena) didn't want to be there! She was not helpful and when she gave us the car and there was over 20 items of damages. She said not to worry it only scratches, but when we got to the car that was not the case 'side note the garages around the corner in the back and up on the 7floor.' The car was so dirty looks like they didn't even wash it inside and out! The scratches ended up being large cracks in the black plastic and falling off! Once we got in the car we drove it back down to the front and called for the lady that help us, she totally ignored us and helped another customer! At that point the manager saw us and asked us if we had an issue. He came out and looked at the car and told us it was unacceptable and that he will get us a new car!! Thank goodness! Unfortunately, the car that I ultimately desired, the Aventador Roadster, was not available. It turns out this car is very hard to come by as no other companies had it either. So I opted, and wisely so, for the Huracan Spyder so that I could also enjoy a top-down experience. Ernie, who guided me through the verification and booking processes did a fantastic job of being thorough and courteous in ensuring all of the key steps were accomplished. Come Memorial Day Weekend, it turned out something fell through on another renter apparently, which meant I would be receiving the car a day earlier. The driver arrived in the car and right when both myself and my dad (I was visiting my folks) layed eyes on it we were blown away by it's exotic looks. Tyler, who was the driver, did a very nice job explaining all the workings of the car and giving me very good advice on the best modes to drive the car. To keep things short, the experience was amazing. The car drove phenomenally and was extremely precise, not to mention quite zippy in acceleration. I also loved the crackling sound coming from the exhaust when downshifting or letting off the gas just after accelerating in a lower gear. Needless to say, the car got an unbelievable amount of attention, especially given that area tends to have your cliche of corvettes, mustangs/camaros, and of course mercedes and porsches. No Lambos that's for sure. While I did incur overage on miles, due to 3 days of driving instead of 2, it was well worth it given I had a whole day free of rental charge. Return of the car was handled with no issue, and no other extra charges were assessed. As a result, I very much liked my experience with Diamond Exotics and want to thank them and everyone I corresponded with during the process to help make this an awesome memorable experience not only for myself, but also for my parents who now have a special appreciation for exotics.
