They overcommunicate in the best way: you have access to everyone's cell phones, they respond promptly, and if you have an issue, they are there instantly. The quality of the work is beyond top tier, and it's clear the entire company is 100% focused on client satisfaction. The only two issues we ran into were self-inflicted on our end. In both cases, Pool Boss was there the next day and fixed them. When I asked for the bill, the answer was, "There is no bill, we just want you to be happy." That tells you everything about how they operate. The team is outstanding: Matt, Dan, Lisa, Joanna, Tyler, Jadyn, William, and the owner, Chris. They define world-class service. If there were a rating above five stars, they would earn it. I wouldn't just say they're highly recommended; I'd say you would be making a huge mistake going with anyone else. Things started well when he was asked to help us secure a new hot tub last November. We paid…read moreupfront for the hot tub. Then he asked us to pay the annual contract around Christmas 2025. We were reluctant but did it in light of the holiday season. We were told the hot tub would come multiple times. Sometimes it was valid (e.g., winter weather), others it wasn't. We were upfront about the location challenges, timing, coordination contacts. Long story short, after taking $11K from us, we never heard from him again around June. The hot tub never materialized. This is clearly a lesson in "if it's too good to be true then it's not". At first, we were concerned about him as a person and hoped everything was ok with him. Then after multiple outreaches from us and the person who referred him to us receiving no responses, we concluded that he was likely lying to us the whole time. The person who referred him to us also stopped receiving services as I was told Erik stopped answering him as well. I guess Erik lost multiple customers. To be fair, when we got a hold of him (infrequently between Nov '25 - Jun '26), he's a nice man and quite knowledgeable about hot tubs. However, there's no integrity in business dealing as he just stopped answering phone calls and texts. He asked for chances to make things right, and we provided chances. If he can't do something, just be upfront and honest! We filed a chargeback with our bank in hopes to recover the funds. We will be filing a police report for criminal fraud as it's over $10K and I will share it here so everyone can see all the texts, the invoices paid, and you can judge for yourself whether this is a trustworthy business or not.

When they ask you who did the last work- say a competing business or you forgot, and watch how quickly they point out all the wrong things done even they're the ones that did it. Their warranty is bogus but they're smart about avoiding any actually quality work and follow up. Schedule will keep extending. Dates will keep changing. People will show up for 30-45 min and scam you. They'll make problems much bigger so they can come back and take more money. They don't believe your photos, videos, or what you are seeing in your own home. They always follow their made-up delusions. The people who make the decisions and you give your money mostly to are not the people who do the job, nor do they show up to see anything. You'll find an extremely rude, unprofessional, and liar of a person named Darlene working you through the phone. The mostly behind the curtain guy is Dan- he will talk his 30 years of experience with you to get you to believe, and of course take your money. You will lose your money. You will face more problems in your pool and system than you started with. You will be lied to. You will regret your decision to worth with these slimy people. Go elsewhere. Do it yourself. Order online. Anything but conduct business with this company of liars and deceivers. You work hard, so take it easy and give your money and time to a more deserving business. Monarch is not it.
