I gave this business thousands- all regrettable life lessons learned. They lie to you. Sleaze their way into you paying up, with them delivering wrong information and extremely poor work. They even lied they showed up to my house, when cameras show no one in sight for hours. I did pool liner with them: started coming off and they blamed anything they possibly can (water itself, the liner they themselves installed, and, the funniest one, the last installer which was them). When they ask you who did the last work- say a competing business or you forgot, and watch how quickly they point out all the wrong things done even they're the ones that did it. Their warranty is bogus but they're smart about avoiding any actually quality work and follow up. Schedule will keep extending. Dates will keep changing. People will show up for 30-45 min and scam you. They'll make problems much bigger so they can come back and take more money. They don't believe your photos, videos, or what you are seeing in your own home. They always follow their made-up delusions. The people who make the decisions and you give your money mostly to are not the people who do the job, nor do they show up to see anything. You'll find an extremely rude, unprofessional, and liar of a person named Darlene working you through the phone. The mostly behind the curtain guy is Dan- he will talk his 30 years of experience with you to get you to believe, and of course take your money. You will lose your money. You will face more problems in your pool and system than you started with. You will be lied to. You will regret your decision to worth with these slimy people. Go elsewhere. Do it yourself. Order online. Anything but conduct business with this company of liars and deceivers. You work hard, so take it easy and give your money and time to a more deserving business. Monarch is not it.

Thomas, the owner of Legacy got back immediately and completed the job in a very timely manner and at a competitive price. Thomas pulled the liner to the deep end, made the repairs and cleaned up. His helper saw me starting to sweep the pool, to get ahead of the algae since the water wasn't treated yet and took the tool and did that extra bit. Down payment was just south of one third of the price, fair I think. Last was upon completion, fair.

My pool filter was also located inside my garage and I needed to quickly relocate it. An overall weird situation that other companies didn't want to deal with. Tom and his crew came in, evaluated the situation and fixed all of my issues. I told him I needed a new filter, he did a thorough inspection and said my equipment was fine, I didn't need to spend an extra grand and that "this baby had plenty of years left on him". They completed the work in a half day. During that time Tom answered all of my questions (I had many!!!). Gave me chemical tips, backwashing tips, the 6lb D.E. rule etc. Summary of Legacy's work is that my pool hasn't been cleaner in years - it's been crystal clear all season. Family really enjoying now. We had issues with this company right from the word go by having them open our pool. The technician…read moredid a terrible job, left it unfinished and had no people skills. I left an honest review and was contacted by the owner to "make things right". They sent back the same technician who basically told me that he's just fixing things so I will take down my review...cool. I had them come back again as things still weren't working properly and they told me that my sand filter was broken and needed to be repaired. They charged me like $1200 to replace the sand and fix the filter. I struggled with this pool for years after and could not figure it out, even after having several companies come to look. I always told them that I had my filter and sand replaced recently so they didn't check that. I finally had a competent company come to look and they really urged me to check the filter. They found sand that looked like concrete and the rebuilt filter that Everclear did, wasn't even long enough to hit the sand, so I had been fighting with this pool and getting so frustrated for a very long time because of this companies complete incompetence! I had to get everything done again and paid another $1200, just to have my pool actually function. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
