I had a direct experience with Crystal Center's work product, and it raised serious concerns…read more Her initial cease and desist letter was built on incorrect assumptions about the underlying facts of the dispute. Basic, readily available records--central to the issue--were either not reviewed or not properly understood. Any competent attorney should verify the factual foundation before making legal claims. Instead, the letter relied heavily on generic, copy-pasted case law that did not meaningfully apply. There was little effort to connect the legal authority to the actual facts. It read more like a template than a thoughtful legal analysis. The overall impression was rushed, careless, and lacking diligence. Making strong legal assertions without doing the underlying work exposes clients to unnecessary risk and undermines credibility. If you are looking for careful, detail-oriented representation, this was not my experience. I would recommend finding someone who takes the time to understand the facts before sending out legal threats.

Now I could be wrong, however the list of attorneys she recommended for me to seek out would never answer my calls nor return my calls.I tried several others in the El Dorado area with no success. Like I said, I could be mistaken but was I ? I don't know ‍.

I was at a lost when I found out I had to review my father's Will. The quantity of language, coupled with ambiguous words made it difficult to decipher. To make matters worst, I didn't know what to do, or who to turn to? I found Jack online, and I figured I might as well message him. He called me within the hour, and talked to me about my situation. He wasn't about the money, but more about the service. And he gave me a fee I could work with. The next day I sent the document to him via email. He was able to decipher it within an hour, and ADD language that I never even knew existed. The best part? He answered all my questions. Now, I can rest every night knowing that the Will was written properly. I thanked Jack for all his hard work. I am going to recommend him to all my friend's and family, and of course I will be going through him in the future to hopefully set up a Trust. Thanks Jack. You made more than a client, but a friend. Your friend, Joseph

He offered his services, but I had already consulted with a different attorney and got all my questions answered. He apologized again and said if I ever needed anything again, to please don't hesitate to call and ask to speak to him directly. He was very sincere and pleasant to deal with and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Where do I even begin…read more... If your Ex hired a lawyer in El Dorado county with a name that rhythms with "Smessa Layer" DO NOT HIRED THEM. I honestly think they work together going back and forth just to rake up their clients bills. Not to mention, if they go to court for you, they charge each client for the court hearing an hourly fee only to give you 10 min of their time. I hired Luke to finish up my divorce once my ex's lawyer decided to ask for my retirement information. At this point, I was 85% done with my divorce. I had filed papers on my own, requested a settlement date, applied for spousal support, etc (payed all of that out of pocket). I had even come to an agreement with my ex. Things had transpired between us and the agreement was no longer a 'go' so I called Luke with the expectations of his solely getting me a divorce, I.e, write up an agreement stating that my ex keeps his things and I keep mine (which would have worked for both parties). Originally I was quoted $7500 as a retained and was told verbatim by Luke "we usually do $10000 for a retainer, but since you are almost done, $7500 should be more than enough". Halfway through I had to pay $3500 more and they ended up charging me close to $1000 over that on my final bill. For a simple settle agreement that I was forced to go to court for. I set them up with one need- a settlement agreement and it took months and thousands of dollars to get it.
