    While I understand that most businesses are struggling with the response to COVID, and some are…read morebouncing back, no customer's dollar should be taken for granted as if it is owed to the company. Last week My wife and I went to place an order for a tshirt. Not only did we not receive immediate service which is fine, but the lady working the machine look right at us and noticed we needed help for about 5 minutes before saying anything. My wife asked me if I wanted to go somewhere else for a shirt. At this point I figured we are here so let's go ahead with them before risking not be able to have one in time. So the order was placed and available to pick up a few days later. Being a business owner I understand all days won't be the same, but when you have a worst experience than the initial experience the second time, that is a direct reflection on the business and the brand. I can remember the faces but I wish I can remember the names. When I picked up the shirt, a different individual addressed me by saying what are you here for. She showed me the shirt which I will say turned out great, but the transaction was terrible. A place that I visually saw make their own bags, she took an old black wrinkled plastic handle bag and threw my shirt in and gave it to me, which sounds like a COVID violation. I will tolerate a lot of things but I will not and advise everyone else to take advantage of money you spend with them. No company is owed your business, they need you more than you need them. This goes for all businesses

They printed the wrong logo on attempt 1 (didn't use most updated art file)- they did the right thing and replaced the shirts at their expense. Ran the order a second time and did the logo wrong again despite the approved proof being correct. This time I spoke to the owner Pete- worst experience I've had with an owner in the Promotional Products business in over 27 years. He was smug, arrogant, showed no remorse for the situation he put us in and refused to replace the shirts again despite the fact someone in his own art dept altered our logo which led to it not being printed correctly for the 2nd time. So I had to re-purchase the shirts again so I could get the shirts to my customer in time for their event. Again, no apology/remorse, just kept saying as a contract printer he is only responsible for the cost of the print. So he credited that cost but I was still out the cost of having to pay for the shirts twice for something they screwed up. In addition, order was supposed to ship 5/5 and didn't ship until 5/19. No follow up from him after the fact. Surely doesn't value or appreciate his clients. Update to Paul's reply- Paul your facts are still not even accurate on what transpired. The fact you're the owner and still don't know is baffling to me. The second batch didn't follow the approved proof or art and had nothing to do with pms colors. Your art dept altered the logo so parts of it ran through parts that it shouldn't have. Even more baffling this could happen with DTG printing! Get your facts straight before you spew out nonsense in a reply to a bad review. Perhaps you should spend more time really digesting all these negative reviews about your bad service and try to improve them instead of making baseless claims. There seems to be a lot of them! Bottom line is you single handedly ruined 100 shirts on a 50 pc order. We didn't do anything wrong other than trusting you with our orders. If your art dep screwed up and altered the art then you should replace the shirts. I don't care what you state in your price list. Doing right by the client after an internal mistake (especially after you screwed up the first batch) should have been your top priority. Instead you only cared about your costs and didn't care about the fact we had to pay for the same shirts twice and held us hostage since we had a deadline.

    Once upon a time I had an upcoming convention to show off my indie fangame, which was just a week…read moreaway. Because of time constraints, I was looking for local print shops in Chicago to save me some time making niche trading cards instead of traditional business cards, and I needed A LOT printed. Many shops either ghosted me, or gave a quote that was too expensive for my budget, so I was frantically looking for as many as I could. I found InoPrints, which was ranked No. 1 in the search results, so I decided to request a quote at around 11PM. And let me tell you, they came in CLUTCH. To my surprise, Jovim responded fairly quickly that evening! For the next couple days we were exchanging e-mails back and forth. Jovim was very polite, accommodating and direct on what needed revisions on my card designs, and provided valuable feedback, especially since this was my first time getting my own designs through a print production and there were a lot of things I didn't factor in. So I appreciated his patience as I was trying to do a lot of fixes on my part! Everything was done within the same week: the quote, the production, and delivery were pretty quick. My only concern was the delivery service InoPrints used, which was Roady (I know this part is beyond our control, but the package was delivered to the right address, but the wrong building, and I almost got a heart attack. WHOOPS!) But when I saw the final product in my hands, I was very impressed by the professional quality and material! Can't argue with the price I paid either, because ~$0.44 per card of THIS QUALITY is amazing. I'm just really glad that I found a shop that was quick, reliable, and able to accommodate something very niche like original/custom trading cards. I will definitely tell my friends who like to make DIY projects about you guys! Thank you!
