They recently replaced my old tile roof with a beautiful new Eagle Tile roof, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the very beginning, Matthew Lentz, Randy, and Charlie were professional, honest, and a pleasure to work with. They took the time to answer all of my questions, worked with me on pricing, and always made me feel like a valued customer. The quality of their workmanship was exceptional. They replaced damaged wood and flashing wherever needed, completed stucco repairs that matched the existing stucco perfectly, and even painted the repaired areas so everything blended seamlessly. The finished product looks fantastic. One thing that really impressed me was how clean they kept the job site. At the end of every single day, they thoroughly cleaned up, making sure there were no nails, debris, or materials left behind. It showed how much pride they take in their work. The project was completed quickly without sacrificing quality. Whenever an unexpected issue came up, it was addressed immediately and resolved to my complete satisfaction. They truly stood behind everything they promised from start to finish. As an added bonus, they even included a professional wind mitigation inspection after the roof was completed, which helped reduce my homeowners insurance premiums. I made sure that it shows that I paid it in full. I did not want them to put a lien on my house heh I called and made sure that it says I paid my bill in full. They were on top of it. The work crew cleaned up after themselves. If you have any issues, you can call their office and they make things right. The new roof is holding up well. Last year I had an issue the roof at my other house. There were a few small leaks. One person came out and told me that it is an easy fix. I highly recommend.

I expressed that I was concerned that I could still see large dark areas in the driveway, but it assured me that if was just because that some areas were still wet, and that's why it looked dark. We chose to do business with Arry's primarily based on a recommendation from a prior customer of…read moretheirs. First, they were genuine in their assessment. We had so many roofing companies knock on our door telling us that we needed a new roof based on what they arw seeing from the ground. We called Aries and upon their inspection, they said that we only needed to fix one side, which had the most damage and the rest of the roof has five more years left. They gave us an estimate, which we thought was pretty reasonable compared to the other 2 quotes we obtained. We proceeded to select the color. On installation day, they noticed that the color we previously selected didn't really match the existing roof given its age. They no longer make the existing roof that we have so we had to find the closest match. Instead of just going with what we picked installing it and saying hey that's what they picked anyway , they took an extra step to make sure that all sections of the roof matched. We also had to change the location of solar power dock and they did it for us for no extra charge. They're great to deal with very professional, timely, and accommodating.
