I wouldn't rent anything from this party rental! I contacted the owner, scheduled the items I needed to rent, far enough in advance & then on my night of pick up, I find out I have to return my items the night of my event or by 8am the next morning. Obviously, this would not be possible. So now, here I am the night before my event, looking for another "party rental" that'll accommodate my party tomorrow.. NOT good service! NOT HAPPY!!! Could you have the cleanest jumper and rental tables ever? Norma was totally awesome! AND she also blew up 120something balloons for me with helium!!!! Rented a helium tank from Time 2 Jump just two days before the actual birthday party. Maria who initially assisted me with the rental was very helpful, efficient and polite. The price for the tank rental is much more affordable than most places, so having to drive from Temecula to Riverside wasn't a big deal and was closer than I thought. Norma (the owner) was very nice and was the one who helped me when I came to pick up and drop off the tank. She showed me that the tank was full and explained how to use the tank. What great service I received from Time to Jump! I needed a party jumper in 4 days, as a company I thought was assisting me declined without follow up. I sent an email request to Time 2 Jump and was contacted immediately, and this was during the holidays! The manager was polite, gave me a quote immediately over the phone and was able to provide exactly what we needed for our party. I rented the waterslide for the Fourth of July and it was a big hit! Even my teenagers had fun on it. It was clean and HUGE !! The only reason I used this place is because everywhere else was booked. The communication is HORRIBLE!!! Never called to confirm I had to call them, they gave me attitude every time I spoke with her. I tried to get a delivery time worked out and was given no info, it took me to canceling for them to give me a delivery time. I will never ever work with them again. Their jumpers are small and somewhat lopsided. I had ordered a combo slide jumper for $190.00 which is about the average price. The jumper was a lot smaller than the one I had rented last year. The slide was narrow and only one kid could slide at a time. I also had to rig a shorter step out of rope so the little kids could climb up the slide. I know there are better jumper rental companies with better service for what you pay out there. read more

Rented a jumper from Time 2 Jump for my grandson's birthday party. I had done some shopping around and found that T2J had the best prices. I'm skeptical by nature because least expensive doesn't always mean best deal. However, in this case it certainly did. They called the day before our party and told us when they'd be at our home. They showed up right on time. Bounce house, chairs, tables, pinata and stick! Exactly what I ordered! They were also back to pick everything up exactly when they said they would be.
