This review is long overdue. I rented a bounce with slide, tables & chairs for my daughter's 4th birthday last year and will be renting from them again. Abby and her team are great to work with and provide clean, safe and sturdy bounce houses. I could tell by the care they took to set up and tear down the bounce house that their product was going to be top tier. I thought I was OCD with cleaning but they made sure the tarp was laid out perfectly, they carefully rolled out/up the bounce house, they wiped down the bounce before and after, and they put it away very neatly where it needed to be. They rent the jumper for more than enough time for the party, which decreased my stress the day of the event. I can't speak highly enough about this company! Extremely communicative, helpful, professional and they truly seem to care about the quality and enjoyment of the rentals.... I have never experienced this level of service from a bounce house rental company... They even disinfected the entire bounce house in front of us before the party! I would recommend this company to anyone who asks... as long as they don't want the same rental I want on the same day (just kidding... kind of) We got the "Fortress Combo With Dual Slide and Cotton Candy Machine" for my daughters 5th birthday. And it was a hit! It easily fit the 11 kids that we had. They had so much fun cycling through the jump area and slides (many slide races)... thank goodness we had the sugar in the cotton Candy to keep the kids going! The adults took their turn in it after the kids were done, and I am pretty confident when I say that we had just as much (maybe even more) fun as the kids! For the cotton Candy machine- adults definitely need to make the cotton Candy... it was a little Difficult at first, but once we got it figured out it was great! We had a lot of fun using it... and now it has become a requested staple of birthdays... yes after only one time! Again: great products, excellent service from genuinely nice people. We used smile face painting for my son's sixth birthday. We ordered an inflatable bounce house. They came promptly and were very nice to help us figure out the best place to put it. Over the past 5 years we've rented about 6 times and we typically rent the same style tropical bouncer and water slide combo each time. The one we got from Smiles this time was the best hands down. We rented the summer splash water slide and castle jumper for a birthday party and had a BLAST!!!!!! The castle jump house was really big, the kids loved it!! Even the adults jumped in and had a good workout! The mesh on the castle really helped with the heat. The summer splash slide is AMAZING! This is our 4th time renting a water jumper this year, and this one was by far our favorite! The pool at the bottom is huge!! We were able to fit 3 inflatables in it and still had room for the kids to slide into the pool. They are very reasonably priced, and even gave us a discount on the additional jumper. Abigail and her husband are soooo nice!!! They even sent me a courtesy text to inform me when they were on their way to drop off and pick up the jumpers. I will definitely be using them again!! I normally do not leave reviews but I wanted to leave this review to help anyone else who is interested in booking a face painter for a party but are not sure who to book with or who to call. Hopefully my review helps anyone else who is interested in booking a face painter. I wanted to have a face painter for my sons 8th birthday party but I was not sure if I should just google some local face painters or what to do.
