Starting off with the staff, the tour of the venue was so informative and they were all so attentive to our questions. They knew the venue inside and out and all the magic that the place had to offer, and that radiated into how they described each different nook of the venue to us. The place is truly even better in person, and it has so much to offer -- from the bride/groom suites, separate rooms that can be accommodated for different spaces (we had a separate room for our photo booth, coat/item check, and wedding items that all fit so comfortably), the gorgeous suites, ceremony space, bar, reception space... the venue really has it all. We need to give a major shoutout to the venue team and our go-to, Katie (venue manager), who was such a huge help leading up to our big day. Though it could've been challenging to plan our wedding from a different state, Katie was responsive, knowledgable, and always so accommodating when we would visit the venue. We started the shower in the evening, so we could still enjoy ample of the sunlight and as the party went into the night, we could enjoy the pictures on this gigantic screen. You are allowed to bring in your own vendors without having to pay some exorbitant fee like other places. 12-hour access and NO noise curfew because it's downtown. However, it's not right next to any bars so you don't have to worry about club-goers crashing your party.
