Legendary Hogg Wash is quite possibly the best car wash/detailing shop I have ever been to. On my first day in Texas after a 3 day road trip and hating having my car look so filthy I looked up nearby places to get her washed and this shop came up. Yes, they do mostly motorcycles and from what I saw when I was there they do a damn good job of it, but they also do cars trucks, RVs all of it. When I called they were very nice and when I showed up Leon the owner was ready for me and addressed my by name even though I didn't tell him when I was coming. The real review is the results, my car looked and smelled beautiful, they even cleaned the door jambs and the trunk jambs and footboards, everything was sparkling! They take their time but that's why you come here, so bring your patience otherwise I'm sure there's a touchless foam wash down the road you can get in and out of in 5 minutes. I'll be back for sure. Took my bike there today asked the guy there twice what was the price he told me $25 and told me how long it took. After it was done I pointed out some things that wasn't clean on it and of course I didn't want to make a big deal because I was like $25 ok cool. I went inside and saw he swiped my card for $45 so I was like $45 he tried to justify it but I saw how he knew he quoted me the wrong price but I was upset because I asked him twice outside and he told me $25 and never said out of his mouth the higher price. If he would've said that I would've not allowed him to do it. I paid him anyway but you best believe I will not allow anyone in my circle to go by there because to get surprised like that I just paid and left he knew he didn't even do $25 worth of work. So please with the quality of work that Leon and his team did. I messaged them for a quote on Friday night at 8pm and not even an hour later, I got a response and an appointment set for the next day at 10am. I wanted my car looking brand new so I asked for a full detail inside and outside plus under the hood. I have a 2010 Honda Civic and it cost me $130. The only flaw was that they really didn't clean the cup holder in the middle but it wasn't so bad. Their car machine was down so I had to drive down the road to a gas station to use their ATM and it was a little annoying since I had a sleeping baby that I had to wake up to get out of the car seat but other than that, I would come back again. read more

This is a long overdue review...HANDS DOWN ONE OF THE BEST EXPERIENCES WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE!! First off, the car came out looking AMAZING!! I have a Mercedes Benz E-Class and it was in need of some major TLC. Underneath the hood alone, the results were crazy good. The interior was great...they put in extra effort just to get as much of the dog hair out as possible. It was to the point where I had to tel them it was perfectly fine...otherwise I seriously think they would have kept my car overnight lol. Like I said, Great Customer Service. And they ask you to spot check their work at the end...and they were more than happy to get any spots which I manage to catch. This place was clutch for me as well due to last minute scheduling to ship my car out overseas. Just needed a good truck wash and wax, got a very detailed understanding from the two employees who first met me, of how they did it and what type of wax would be used. Its been awhile since Leon detailed my FATBOY, but I owe him for the job he did. It was about 38 degrees and getting dark, when Leon rolled up to my driveway. I actually ride my motorcycle and it lives outdoors, not secured in a garage and polished every weekend like most of the "Rub's" & wannabee's around Killeen. Leon spent about 3 hours, working his ass off in the cold, getting a years grime off my bike. He refused to take a break and even declined my offer to help. After he finished, I thought I had a brand new ride! He got deep into the nook and crannies, where its really hard to get. All his effort and he charged me $50.00, thats it!
