Kind, caring people who have gone above and beyond for us during this difficult time. Working with the staff here has been amazing. They met with us the same day, listened to what we were attempting to accomplish in terms of a memorial service, had references readily available, and allowed us time to use their conference room and pull all the elements together. On the day of the service, they were more available than we had ever expected them to be, and didn't rush us in any way. Everything went perfectly, and their services were an important reason why it all went so well. For an extremely cost effective way to handle final expenses, we didn't feel like we were getting sub par service; far from it. I've been to the full service places that come with plenty of guilt to push you to spend more money during a time where you are ill equipped to make good decisions. Here, we received everything we wanted, no high pressure sales tactics or guilt. I can't recommend them enough, they are awesome people! Thank you very much for everything you did for us. read more

Mr. Goodnight and Mr. Snell were both wonderful when working with us to prepare for and go through arrangements for my grandmother's funeral. They were not hagglers nor did they push us to go with any extras we did not want or even use their lines of caskets, going so far as to pick up a casket we had ordered from the airport and bring it back to their business for us, allowing us to avoid dealing with extra steps in the process. These gentlemen were kind, considerate, completely professional, came directly to our home where she had passed in her sleep, allowed us to wash and prepare her/dress her body (though they offered to do so as well), and did a lovely job of her makeup. They kept saying they would be as involved or not as we would like, taking care of whatever details we wanted or letting us do so also. They took all of the floral arrangements for us, and one of the nicer things I liked was that they do not use a hearse, but instead a suburban, to transport to the cemetery. They called and made arrangements with the military cemetery for us, even checking on old details of my grandfather's headstone so that my grandmother's could match. If you have the unfortunate task of having to plan out a funeral, I would highly recommend Goodnight & Snell to you; they are respectful and gentle in your time of mourning, and no question is too trivial nor request too silly. read more

There are no words to describe how great this funeral home and director Mr. Goodnight has been to our family during making the funeral arrangements to the day of the viewing of our nephew. We have all felt very loved and very comfortable with everything that has been done. Our niece and her husband have been very well treated during their time of loss!!
