They were assigned to us by Generac after our purchase of a generator. Normally, I don't spend my time on this type of stuff but I hate the idea that someone else will have to deal with them. So, here I am. When I say them, I mean the woman who runs the day to day operations. First, the technicians were awesome. Seemed knowledgeable and courteous. No issue there. But.... there was an issue with my generator that needed attention. Full disclosure. I know nothing about generators and electricity. I called and the woman that took my call dispatched someone out. Ok - cool. Turns out, root cause was my Internet. Issue: she never explained that if it was an issue outside of Generator ,(my internet) the visit would be on me. How would I know what the root cause was - ha ha. I thought for sure it was the Generator. A simple explanation of that would have given me the chance to think about it and look at other possibilities, but nope - not that day. Then I got the bill. $$$. I called and she basically told me it was on me. After back and forth about non cost disclosures, she got VERY nasty and hung up on me. BAM! Then, SHE called me back - LOL - and said if I don't pay, they would never come back. Ok. I paid the bill in full and called Generac and they assigned me another company closer to home. BTW - Lindsey was a good 1 + hour away. Bottom line - if you ever have a dispute and have to deal with this nasty woman don't say I didn't warn you. She reminded me of an angry X-Wife who pays child support TO ME. Yes I know 1st hand what that's like. Big laughs on that one. What I don't think she knew while she was treating me like a red headed step child was she had just lost Lindsey electrics future $$$ for my service calls during 10 year warranty term. Too bad so sad for them. BUYER BEWARE OF ANGRY KARENS LIKE HER WHO WILL TREAT YOU LIKE CRAP. I never take abuse like this from someone I nay and expect respect at the very least. Guess they are doing so well they don't need to keep a solid client base. Dont use them unless you enjoy getting berated and handing them money right after getting treated like crap.
