They said they could get it the next day but it ended up taking over a week to get our car back, and only after we called to say we were going to pick it back up until they were ready to do the work. The communication was very poor. We often had to leave voicemails and could not reach a person. They do not accept cash, and be aware (we were not told) you will be charged 3% to use your credit card. The work itself looks decent. It's a shame that their lack of organization, extremely slow work time and bad communication is what will keep us from using them again.

State Farm promptly handled the claim and included a list of Select Service Repair Facilities. ABRA of Cleveland, TN was included on the list. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday, they told me it would be ready on Friday. I had previously taken pictures of the damage and asked if they would fax me an estimate as they completed it. The estimate was simply for a peace of mind that all the hail damage spots and the single scratch would be repaired and I would not have to make any return trips to the body shop. Of course, they never initiated calling me. I was treated more like an inconvenience than a customer. After much persistence, I was finally faxed an estimate of the damage. One of which included an estimate from Dentmasters. They called Friday afternoon to let me know my car was ready for pick up. It was raining upon pick up so I did not have an opportunity to thoroughly inspect the work. It is important for me to mention that my interior is a light beige. After returning home, around 5:30, I discovered grease/grime on all my headrests and in multiple areas on my seat. This was not a huge inconvenience because they are leather and can easily be wiped off. However, I began to find grease on multiple areas of my beige headliner, several areas of severe detachment, and uneven surfaces in my headliner. The car I once kept in mint condition was a disaster. Not to mention, they did not even buff the scratch out that was included in the estimate. Unfortunately, the business had closed for the weekend and their voicemail box was full. I was disgusted to say the least. Fortunately, I was able to contact the owner of Dentmaster, Stacey, that evening and he assured me he was just as upset as I was and the problem would be remedied immediately. He personally met me Monday morning and mended the situation. He could not have been more accommodating and empathetic of the situation. He went above and beyond to correct a problem that was not his. The integrity and work ethic of Dentmasters is far beyond that of ABRA. ABRA did not even repair the scratch and I will be taking my car elsewhere for this repair.
