They didn't even have our part ordered. They said they could get it the next day but it ended up taking over a week to get our car back, and only after we called to say we were going to pick it back up until they were ready to do the work. The communication was very poor. We often had to leave voicemails and could not reach a person. They do not accept cash, and be aware (we were not told) you will be charged 3% to use your credit card. The work itself looks decent. It's a shame that their lack of organization, extremely slow work time and bad communication is what will keep us from using them again.

I choose them as one of the listed providers through State Farm (the insurance for the other driver). I didn't know what to expect but WOW is all I can say. Not only did they do all the repairs and body work to perfection they also cleaned the inside of my cab including vacuuming, wiping down the dash, cleaning the floor mats, and general cleaning of the inside. All of which I was not expecting. Not sure if this is their regular practice but it just goes to show me that they are willing to go the extra mile to complete a job and provide excellent customer service. All the people were nice and helpful and I wholeheartedly recommend this for any body damage repairs. Thank you Young's Auto Body. You get a A++ in my book.
