The companies reply also said they contacted me. They did not contact me. I contacted them and they told me all my stuff was gone. Phone records can be obtained to prove who contacted who. The last update I had regarding what the business, which I set up a PRIVATE ACCOUNT. The contents within that account belonged to me and should have taken a court order to confiscate. As I was saying the owner told me the car was going into the garage and would be ready Tuesday, and the business was closing, therefore the business worked off business hours to make a decision on the vehicle. The owner did not contact me and tell me the business was releasing the vehicle. He told me that when I called the first minute the business replopened. On Monday the owner told me he no longer had the vehicle and that it went to a storage unit and I could go there and get my stuff. You stole my stuff. You're jamming everything together. Yall knew I was sleeping and working in the car. You did a fundraiser to come up with the money so I wouldn't end up living on the streets and then take everything back, after business hours and without notifying myself of desolating of the account I set up with your business. Everyone knew of the circumstances, the car was being fixed for myself knowing that other had made a donation to myself. Several people donated to keep me from having to live on the streets. I lost my job because of this.

I'm ashamed this has taken so long, but I promised myself I'd write this for I WILL NEVER FORGET…read moreTHIS AUTO SHOP. It was Jan 4, 2018, and I was driving back to my Florida home. Just prior, on my Xmas visit in Ohio where I grew up, I'd started having difficulty starting my truck, but it'd been sub-zero weather, so I blamed this. It had warmed now, so I had no concern. I was all alone taking I-75 south in my 96 Dodge Dakota pickup when 2hrs away from anyone I ever knew at a rest area, the truck wouldn't re-start. I turned the ignition over and over, waited, tried again, then again, and just when fear was most high, with one last pointless try, it started up! So I drove it NONSTOP (yes... refilled/relieved myself with engine running, didn't stop to eat) to the hotel I booked just south of Cleveland, TN, where past midnight, I begrudgingly turned it off. Early next morning, I shared my story with a hotel worker who suggested Cantrell's Auto Service. I called the minute they opened (early) and got the owner, Mike, who said he'd look at it right away if I could get it there! He accepted only a very few methods of payment (tip to customers), but I could do one of his options and was so thankful not to wait all morning for help. Surprisingly the truck started, and I got there. Now this shop had EVERY opportunity to take total advantage of a single traveler whom they'd never see again... to charge outrageous jacked up prices, to claim false repair needs, to increase profits by dragging things out (and the huge cost to me of another hotel night), but I found instead THE OWNER WAS THE MOST HONORABLE AUTO SHOP OWNER I EVER MET. He had a customer when I arrived, but once he left, he took immediately to working on my truck. The whole time, he let me watch, explained what he was doing, and given its mysterious problem, checked the truck over extensively. After HOURS, he determined that basically a small part needed cleaning!! He never took a break (except as needed for customers/deliveries), and after he fixed the problem, from all our talking while he worked, he had wanted to check the anti-freeze. He found it a dangerously low mix to protect the car. He entirely flushed the system and added his own fluid to some I had in the truck and for this he didn't even charge! I was on the road by early afternoon and made it home without having to pay for another hotel. And get this!--The truck drove better than it had in years, the gas mileage was uncanny, and nobody in Orlando could believe what I paid for all his help THAT REALLY SOLVED THE PROBLEM. If you are EVER traveling in lower Tennessee on I-75 and have car troubles (or for goodness sake if you live in the area), I can attest that Cantrell's Auto Service will NOT take advantage of you; but in fact, the owner is the most kind, knowledgeable, skilled, and trustworthy man of integrity you could ever hope to come across in a bad travel situation. Making my low hourly wage, I will NEVER forget the blessing I found there. I'm age 53, and seriously, it was likely the most amazing customer service I will ever experience in my entire life.

Upon showing up, the service rep that assisted me, Mr. Andy P. was very attentive. He looked at the history of my car services and was able to determine what needed to be accomplished during this maintenance service. He was extremely professional and very pleasant to work with. I did end up staying and waiting for my car since I live about an hour away, and the waiting room inside is extremely comfortable. Tables and chairs were nice, I was able to work on my computer while I was waiting. The facilities are great, and all of the personnel I came in contact with, including Ms. Angelina C. were exceptional.!! Although this dealership is approximately one hour away from my home, it is absolutely worth the drive. The service is fantastic, they don't try to find needless "issues" with you car, don't overcharge for services....and I can't say enough about the representatives here! When my car was done, and he walked me out and thanked me for my business. What a fantastic place!!

I had been reaching out about a vehicle and was told this dealership had one and try reaching out. I reached out and was told the vehicle was showing reserved as today and when I asked why because I had been reaching out for a few days and then the story said it changed to it had been reserved for a while, Ok fine I get it. Just did not understand how or why the story changed. That being said it made me upset, then I get an unsolicited call from their used car manager Joey was outright nasty, "he wanted to clear up any inconsistencies" then gets rude when Im explaining what happened and keeps saying we've been completely transparent about this, instead of actually listening to what I was saying. I WAS NOT trying to get them to sell me a vehicle that they had already promised to someone else., and I did appreciate the way he spoke to me like I was expecting that cause I wasn't, but he was very rude. I attempted to call the store and speak rio GM and asked for him, but then the new car manager Mike gets on the phone and what a joke, I asked if he knew the situation and he says yeah you want us to sell you a Tacoma, I said no he says a Tundra and I said no, he says ok what car , and then says you want us to sell you are car we aren't to sell you. I said no and it was obvious he was trying to take a call and didn't know the facts because he didn't even know the kind of car I was calling about and he raised his voice on the phone with me and started speaking nasty to me so I hung up on him. I had been going to this dealership for service as they are my local dealership and I've had Toyota Camrys and 4 Runners all life. This has lost you a regular customer, not because of a misunderstanding over a cars availability but because of the way your management team speaks to customers when they assumed I was calling trying to get them to sell me a car that was promised to someone else. That's not why I was calling, so dont assume. I was trying to figure out what happened but because you assumed I wanted you to sell me the car you automatically started the conversation in defense mode and on guard instead of being open to discussing. You've lost a regular every day customer too
