Poor Service and Damage to Vehicle…read more We went to Fuller's for a regular wash of the outside car, and in addition to not doing a good job with the wash, their equipment caused damage to our vehicle by knocking a part off. Fuller's is unwilling to resolve this issue since they "couldn't find the part", and as apparently their cameras are "birds eye" they don't capture the front end of the vehicle. What an unique way to try to indemnify yourself from the damages caused by your negligence. Notice the timestamped screenshot of the before picture where prior to visiting Fuller's, there was no issue! Don't waste your time or money, go somewhere else.

I knew it wouldn't last when the new owner wouldn't even put pre soak soap in and the place became littered with trash, vacuums didn't work, bays were closed. You'd select certain soap options the manual bays and just nothing straight up came out. Pre Soak was really the only thing that took the dirty film off the car and I've used it for years. Then the soap would be really spotty at times. I could tell in the fall of 2025 that it would shut down. There would be late night drug deals from 10pm to midnight. Kids fixing their cars in the bays. It was a disaster. Instead of having cameras and some sort of way to deter this activity, they put a gate across the entrance...well that gate is now permanently closed everyday. Garbage cans in front of each bay. The place is shuttered. It's a shame. I've come here for 25 years and was an excellent choice for touchless car wash.

If there is only one car then both of them worked on the one car together. If a second vehicle comes then the split up. This makes the time it takes to wash cars LONGER. Definitely don't come here if you are in a hurry. There is a sign posted that says $15 for the hand car wash inside and out. I did want tire shine so I expected to pay $20. Much to my surprise I was told the price of the car wash I already received was $29. I had them wash my sedan, not a SUV. When I asked why is it $29 the guy got upset with me and said we did your tires, rims and mats. I tried to ask him what in the particular did they do. He got so upset he told me "don't worry about it! We wash your car for free. It's free just go! Leave!" I took a deep breath. Then I said to the other guy as I handed him two 20s just give me $10 back. He gave me two 5s, and I gave one back to him. Obviously I won't EVER go there again. Honestly the worst part was when I finally examined my vehicle they missed cleaning countless things or didn't clean then properly. I usually go to We Wash in Chicago who charges less for a full service wash for a SUV. That's the last time I pay $30 for at best a $20 wash.
