I wanted to get a full detail on my car. I have a 2016 model car. I regularly go to the car wash to maintain the exterior; the inside a quick vacuum for the same on the carpeting. Victor showed up 2 minutes into the arrival window and spent the next six hours on the vehicle. When Victor finished, I would match the appearance of the car up to a new car from the dealer. He walked me around the vehicle to make sure I was totally satisfied with his efforts and the final outcome. I got the invoice today and was pleasantly surprised that it was at the low end of the quote. There is no question that Elite maintains its performance at a very high level and seeing other reviews I'm not alone. They came to my condo parking lot within the appointment time frame, were really polite, and got the job done. Disclaimer: Let me start by saying that our vehicle we just had waxed is brand new with only 400 miles on it. So there was no restoration that took place; it was already in perfect condition. But we wanted a full initial deep clean & wax done on it. I had Elite in my bookmarks for a while now. Sent a Yelp message to Roman for scheduling, and he replied quickly. We had an appointment 2 days later. Wow, our suv looks so much better than even in the showroom at the dealer. I know that maybe sounds a little hacky and exaggerated, but it's the absolute truth. The deep shine we have now is better than the day we purchased it. The 2 man crew had such great attitudes. It was so obvious that they cared about their jobs, and that they cared about our suv. The price they charged me was ridiculously reasonable for a stay-at-home service. Hopefully everyone is tipping these guys when it's deserved. Let me start off by saying that I drive a 2014 Subaru WRX. My girlfriend found Elite Detailing on BBB. Without my knowledge she was in contact with Roman about detailing my car. She had mentioned to him that there was a concern over detailing my car because of the exhaust. I have an Invidia N1 exhaust with titanium blue tips on my car and the last time I got my car detailed they ruined my exhaust by almost erasing the blue tips and then it turned into a huge hassle trying to fix and replace the tips on my exhaust. Eventually they got replaced but after that I said to myself that I would never get my car detailed again, sadly. My car has been exposed to all the elements living here in Illinois and when I wash my car i try to keep my car in the best tip top shape I can. But my girlfriend and I know there are things we can and cannot do. My girl even purchased me a surprised detail for my car but just for the interior because of the fear I had over my last experience. That all changed once I met Roman and his company Elite Detailing Services. Like I mentioned before he was in contact with my girlfriend without my knowledge and set up a time and date so he can personally come and check my car out and my concerns I had. My girlfriend told me that a man named Roman was coming by to check out my car and when I asked what it would be about she said it was to detail the car. I was blown away and the fear of getting my car detailed came back but it quickly went away after Meeting Roman. I was blown away to know that the president of the company legit came to my house to hear my concerns, checkout my car and what he can do about it. I was scared he might not take the job opportunity and now he has another customer to add to his long list! Roman's partners Hani & Tim came by today and detailed my car. I cant even express in words what the experience was like. My car has been through a lot and and the care they took is really an experience you have to experience yourself to believe! My car looks just like the day I took it off the showroom floor at the dealership. They did my engine bay, interior, mats, seats, etc. you name it they do it. They even restored my rear taillights that were painted black at one point but now look like new when I bought this car! The taillights slipped my mind and they just did it. Hani restored my tails the best he could and let me tell you they look amazing! I am so really happy with this experience! Words cannot express the work that just got put into my vehicle.. what an amazing job that if I could give for than 5 starts I would! They really know how to take care of their customers and their vehicles. I already let them know they will hear from me in the Spring because after winter my car is truly disgusting!
