There she was in all her red juicy glory ($38.99-Goody size). The crust was heavily seasoned, and the au jus was flavorful. The fat immediately disintegrated into oblivion, which is what I want from an amazing prime rib. I ordered a loaded baked potato, and my buddy got the mashed potatoes with country gravy (equally tasty). A side of corn and a dinner roll (soft and warm) also accompanied the side of choice.
