FYI I really like their product, BUT unfortunately, their service not so much. I placed a large order the 1st of December. I was planning on using the items for Christmas gifts, today the 10th of December I finally contacted them concerning my order, the email reply said they were out of several of the items so my ticket had been closed. But I was never notified. So I am scrabbling to replace the mixes I had been planning on using from Lehi rolling mills. read more

My husband and I came here and loaded up on brownie mix, Belgian waffle mix, blueberry muffin mix, and fruit syrup! The store was clean, organized, and the employees were helpful and nice. It's been a few years since I've had their products so I'm looking forward to trying them and updating this review with my thoughts! After seeing some of their products for sale in our hotel, we decided to look up Lehi Roller Mills and shop directly from them on 07/18/2020. Upon arrival, we noticed they had a Yelp check-in offer for a free box of raspberry muffin mix, sweet! Or so we thought... At first we grabbed a bunch of stuff to purchase from their small retail shop. They sell flour, jams, honey, gift sets, and various flavors of muffin mixes, pancake mixes, cookie mixes, etc. I thought it was so cool that everything was packed in cloth bags. However, we ended up buying only a few things due to having issues at check out. When shown the Yelp check-in offer, the cashier stated that he had no idea how to ring it up and asked his co-worker. When she looked at it and also had no idea, he called his manager on the phone to ask. After speaking to his manager on the phone and explaining the situation, he told us that his manager had also never heard of the offer and that they did not offer any coupons or discounts. He then added that he had worked there for 3 years and his manager for 11+ years and they both had never seen this offer or Yelp page. How is a business manager going to say that they are unaware of the business having a Yelp page? That was the most ridiculous part of the experience!! Anyways, I ended up pairing down the amount of items I was going to buy and we left with a jar of honey, and a bag each of brownie mix and pancake mix, as well as a sour taste in my mouth. They did nothing to try to make it right for us and spent the whole time denying they had such an offer or business page online. I've had a few businesses not honor a check-in offer before but usually they are apologetic and have a good reason for why it's not being honored (i.e.: delays with Yelp taking it down). Whether its believable or not is moot. This place didn't even bother. It's been hours since I stopped by and I'm still pissed off thinking about how they even denying having a Yelp page. They obviously are aware if there's an old check-in offer posted! Pretty sure a random Yelper can't just post offers on someone's business page!! read more

I always see this cool old mill from the highway, and of course have a soft spot for it because of Footloose and the fact that I already use and love the flour, so I finally made my way to their little store! It is RIGHT off the exit from I-15, so convenient for a quick stop. It is indeed little, and fairly bare bones. They carry 25 pound bags of all their popular flours (Peacock all purpose, Turkey bread, whole wheat-$9-$10 ea) plus lots of baking mixes and cereals in pretty printed fabric packaging ($5-$7 ea), and buckets of wheat berries if you want to grind your own flour (someday I WILL do this and bake my own bread. I already have a mill, and just need the assistance of someone as passionate about it as me!). They also had a few jars of Cox honey and some gift baskets. The ladies working were friendly and helpful, and they had some brownies made with one of their mixes available to sample. When I got home I discovered a hole in one of my bags. I am sure this was due to the fact that I took it as a personal challenge to carry both at once, and didn't handle them as gently as I should. But just make sure you inspect your purchases for any defects at the store (they are only paper bags, after all), and of course that once you have them in your possession you don't copy me and toss them around like a fool. 5 stars for their excellent locally milled flour, but the store itself was basic and not an experience or destination in itself. It is neat it is there, but you can also purchase the big bags of flour at Costco, so I would not make a special trip unless you are seeking out the baking mixes in particular. read more

If you ever have driven from SLC to Provo or headed south on I-15, you've passed it on your right, and maybe wondered, hmm, what's that? Looks familiar... Its the historic Lehi Roller Mills, known for their prize winning flour since 1906. But perhaps even better known for its famous role in the film, "Footloose", where Kevin Bacon did his famous Mill Dance. MMMM Kevin Bacon. Lehi Roller Mills is DIRECTLY connected to Kevin Bacon. Kevin actually worked here to get the feel for what mill guys do. Oh, and for you that are wondering, after seeing the movie, its not based on small town Utah and Mormons 'not dancing' - we have SO many dances, and that's how LDS singles meet up (that and firesides). Brigham Young was a huge social dance advocate. Check out the mill store, last time I was there they had samples. Ya gotta try out their popular mixes, packed in the colorful country-style cloth bags, perfect for special gift-giving to that cook in your family, or take home a few yourself, they're easy and delicious. My fave is the Pecan Pie bars. I just enjoy the fact that the place still is in business and cranking out milled flour for us to enjoy. read more

I love their product, but customer service just plain sucks. I got hooked on their hotcake mix, which I purchased at a local Costco store. And of course it was just a one time deal, it was not a regular product at the store. I was ordering on-line for a while, but now the web site for ordering does not work anymore. So I wrote Lehi about this and they said, yes our web site is down but you can do a mail order. They emailed me an order form, so I call the place and the product I wanted is out of stock for the next couple of months. Way to do business! I don't want to hear any more companies complain about business being slow. I have the money to buy product and can't buy it. read more

Lehi Roller Mills is one of the rad things about living in Utah: if you order your pancake mix online you can go pick it up at the Lehi location for FREE. Yeah. I wish that they had a storefront where they would sell like prepared brownies and pancakes and suff instead of just the boxes of mix. But those are pretty good too. I love Lehi Roller Mills pancakes, and cookie mix and muffin mix and all that shit. I bought the hot cocoa mix and although I haven't tried it yet, I have no reason to believe that it's anything less than great. My dad who lives out of state, is obsessed with them and gets mad at me if I don't bring a box when I come to visit him. I have been visiting the Roller Mills since I was a little girl. This is the only place my mom would buy her flour (Turkey Red). I now live in Southern California and we visit the store every time we are in Utah. We gift the mixes and the recipients are always happy! Love the pumpkin chocolate chip cookie mix! I only buy Lehi Rollers Mill hard white whole wheat berries. Here's the deal, I make freshly ground whole wheat bread and I cannot risk using cheaper whole wheat berries in my wheat grinders. They clean and wash their wheat more than any other company I know. They have the highest quality whole wheat you will ever find. read more

Lehi Roller Mills makes excellent flour. Their store has various mixes using their flour that are excellent for quick treats. However, if you're just after the flour, you're better off picking it up at the local Costco (for much less). However, if you're looking for good treats and mixes, then stop in at the store. read more

I found this product at my neighborhood Big Lots store and unfortunately they do not always replenish products like a normal store. I plan on contacting the manufacturer to see if it is available in my area. I do not use products with aluminum or sodiumaluminosilicate that are man made leaveners that are poison. read more
