I've been tricked. But while I'm here, I might as well browse... The grocery store is setup in a traditional manner-bakery, deli, cold stuff along the outside walls, shelves of pantry items in the middle. I found a section of premade foods that you heat up-sort of like Costco, but not gargantuan portions. Yes, this is what ended up feeding my family for dinner. I'm not from the area, so I may not become a regular here. But if I find myself passing through, I will stop by and see what new yummies I need to take home.

Their meat selection is decent, but when I asked for thin-sliced steak for Bulgogi, I got blank stares. I actually had to explain it was like meat for a Philly cheesesteak. After some back-and-forth behind the counter, they said they didn't have a slicer and would have to do it by hand--like that was a big ask. You can find the same cuts for far less, just a few minutes away (including an actual butcher near the Lehi Costco). Same goes for their produce and shelf items. Even their over-priced house-brand rubs and marinated meats are largely forgettable. In the end, this place feels less like a specialty market and more like a novelty shop for people with money to burn.

They have amazing selections on everything, great fresh produce, a salad bar, soup bar, olive bar, deli area, fresh premade salads and fruit/veggies. There also seating on the second story to enjoy your lunch from the cafe or from the soup/salad bars. There is an awesome & unique seafood section with all the amazing seafood you could need, including scallops, octopus, lobster tail, shrimp, fish and so much more. The butcher shop is also incredibly fresh and tasting looking. Even the prepackaged meats are so red & juicy. I found everything I needed here and more than I knew I needed! Cheeseballs, cheese curds, an amazing selection of unique pepper jelly's, and great seasonal items. While this is a bit out of my way, I definitely will continue to shop for the freshest meats, produce and seafood here. It's a bit pricier than Smith's and other local grocers but the cleanliness, customer service and overall quality of fresh foods make it totally worth it!

My sister raved about the pesto lasagna plus, the portion could have fed all three of us. We had the coffee tiramisu for dessert and it was light, creamy and delicious. Service staff was well informed about the menu and the restaurant. Overall, service was good. We were happy to hear that Mastra will be expanding to a nearby location so they can handle all the fans of their fabulous handmade food. We've already recommended Mastra to others.

Because I never get down this way, and I just happened to be in Lehi, looking for a place to eat, when I found PoPie on Yelp. It was. Possibly because it was in a pie filling? Not sure. Was also pleasantly surprised by the Chicken Risotto. Good amount of black pepper, not overly salty, but plenty of flavor. The service was great. The restaurant was very clean and felt very welcoming. We got the curry pie and the Bulgogi pie. Talk about flavor! The curry pie had a delicious curry inside with a lot of meat and potatoes. It had a very strong curry flavor, which was exactly what I was hoping for. It truly was delicious. The Bulgogi pie was filled with delicious meat, carrots, mushrooms, and noodles. The meat was seasoned perfectly. There was a lot of depth to the flavor. I would definitely order both of those again. The pie itself was extremely buttery and flaky. I truly believe it was one of the best meat pies I have ever had. I am also so glad that they have a drive-thru and will be coming back to try that out. They have a very good menu size, with a lot of options to choose from. In talking with a couple of the employees, their carbonara is supposed to be stellar. I have seen it all over social media and cannot wait to come back and try it.
