Such is not the Convair Field that is noted in the following link, which identifies Convair Field as the Allentown Queen City Airport. I had asked Pam to make sure these were refundable to ensure I could get on the same flight with friends if space opened up as it was presently full and this was an alternate flight. Well, space did open up and went to look at my tickets and they said non-refundable. I contacted Pam over this. No reply. Again - no reply. I contacted the airline and they said you *must go through the agency that booked them*. I reached out probably five times to Pam. No reply. We lost the money for this flight as we had no one to refund it. Unfortunately LATAM wasn't helpful either as they said even though we aren't getting a reply we still *have to* go through the agency that booked the ticket which gives the consumer no chance when the agent doesn't reply. Avoid - book yourself and save the trouble. The only reason we used them was LATAMs payment system was acting strange with any US card. Unsure what their reply will be here but I have all the emails to them and LATAM showing attempt after attempt.

They have three interactive maps (think picnic size tables) that show you different categories etc. There is a history lesson on the walls as well as a "theater" (I think there are about 50 fold out chairs) that gives a run down on the steel mill and the ending of an era. There are clean restrooms, m/w/family and water fountains. The front desk is manned or womanned in this case, and they are a wealth of knowledge about the area! If you need more to do or know, the brochure rack also provides information. We also picked up some amazingly priced postcards as there is a gift shop included in the center!
