I was seen at ER on A Tuesday and tooth was removed in 3 days. I had to travel 2 hours from home, more antibiotics, pain meds, and a rinse 3 times a day. The Dr. was amazing numbed me up tooth was out in under 1 minute. I had called keystone for help and they called back when I said I don't have thousands for anthesia they said they would call back and never did.

When I checked in they lost the referral. Then I finally get back into the room only to find out this was a consultation. The surgeon was very pushy about me signing all the paperwork before I had a chance to read everything and ask questions. I had already had some questions, she insisted that I sign first then would be able to ask my questions. After I signed she told me to go home and read through everything and if I had questions to call. I told her I did not want to be sedated, I only wanted local anesthesia. She said if I wouldn't agree to the sedation then she wouldn't do it. So I think the biggest problem was communication. The Dr did call and follow up when I decided to have the procedure done elsewhere. During the call she explained her situation and did tell me that the choice was up to me if I would be sedated or not. So my plan is to get a second opinion and make an informed choice. I think if we reviewed all the paperwork together prior to me leaving then I would feel more comfortable having the procedure done there. If I choose to have Keystone do the procedure I will post a followup review.

Failed implant placements, on all but 2 out of the original 7. Resulting in a second surgery and paying for another implant only to have all implant angle to be wrong, then having threads showing on an implant and pain not only were the implant was placed on a tendon but now pain where the threads are showing. I have been without teeth a full year I was in immediate dentures Feb to Oct and unable to wear the bottoms due to the pain, thankfully the dentist got me semi functional teeth to be normal until the second surgery healed only to be put right back into not being able to wear my bottom teeth again and still having pain on the top, I have seen another Dentist in the practice to take over my "complex" case and been falling on deaf ears, I called to ask for help with the pain trying to wear bottoms that no longer fit because of implant height changes and was treated as if I was nothing, I paid 39k for implants that arent placed correctly a addition surgery and for a 6-9 month process to now be going into a new year! I brought up concerns and painfully spots and nothing no adjustment or help. My tooth dentures hasn't been adjusted since Oct I had to call crying in pain to get an appointment for bottom adjustment when the denture was craving into my ridge and cheek. I have absolutely no faith or trust as I did when I started this journey. At the age of 33 I don't want to smile and have not been able to eat properly since Feb 2025. And now I'm stuck i paid everything and I'm stuck without teeth, without any way to correct the surgery, and no concerns from any staff. All of this because a surgeon lacked bedside manor and basic anatomy knowledge. And now the only dentist I trusted isn't part of the network and I have to see another dentist that just is pushing me off. I have been overly patient and trying to "roll with the punches" but I don't have anything that was promised and forever lost the ability to have a full happy healthy smile again. So no I do not recommend any person to use American Dental Solutions at any office and I got surgery at both Hamburg and Kenhorst been seen by both dentists at Hamburg and Kenhorst, since no one is left to listen or care there, please do not use American Dental they are just a small scale Aspen. Oh and make sure they actually send ALL information to your insurance company not just what "they think" insurance will cover.

I went to have an evaluation on having a implant put in from a tooth that was pulled in January,…read moreand a bone graft was done, it was next to another implant. According to them they wanted to pull the implant, and two more teeth that are not loose and completely fine. I was so upset and the price was through the roof on a retirement income. I couldn't even think straight. I called my dental insurance and they immediately said get a second opinion. I tried to call the office three times to go over their treatment plan and never received a call back from them. I was trying to get a better understanding. I went back to the oral surgeon that originally pulled my tooth yesterday and the scan showed nothing wrong, everything was fine. I wouldn't recommend going there just on customer service alone.
