We accidentally parked in a lot and got towed. When we returned with 3 young children, we called Lehmans and they refused to get us the vehicle until the next day and demanded 350 cash. What a horrible business. Have some mercy on people who make mistakes and especially with a baby who need to get home. Absolute thieves. Lehmans Auto in Marysville; Didn't have my car towed but did go to have my vehicle inspected at the auto repair shop. They said I needed 2 new front tires; quoted me $498 per tire. I looked elsewhere & ordered SAME exact tires for $205 each and $27 each to put on & I even added $100 tires warranty. My total was less than $600, Lehmans wanted to charge me $1000!! Needless to say I will NEVER go there again & highly recommend if you're considering going there...DON'T. I didn't even go back for the inspection. Basically threw away almost $50 but worth it to never return to them. read more

Dominique Diehl, apparently the employee who answered the phone has some nasty online responses to an honest review of their services. So here is more detail and my response to her on FB review. We have video of your driver flying down the street. It was already turned over to the police. What I said was it was "not smart" to park TWO tow trucks blocking 3/4 of the entrance to a road. If you refer to yourself as stupid, that's on you. It "wasn't smart" to be stopped where you were! I almost hit the SUV with you was parked BEHIND the two tow trucks, yards away from the entrance to the neighborhood, at dusk, in the pouring rain. A wiser choice would have been to move past the road, 30 yards, where the street was flatter as well. Again, not smart. While you were telling me to wait there and park, which is what she originally said when I asked to turn into my street, the car that turned in behind me almost hit me! And I'm not the only person you all were rude to that day. Two other people in the neighborhood described similar experiences. Including the owner of the property the driver barreled into. What's unprofessional is your behavior and demeanor while interacting with the public as you are trying to serve the public. But I'm glad to know you're not the owner, hopefully they will terminate both of you nasty women. That blonde woman was screaming at me like a lunatic and followed me home, if you want to see unprofessionals, look in the mirror. She is lucky my small children were in the car, I would have met her with the same vile language she was using towards me while threatening me to come talk in her face. These people are nothing but a scam. My girlfriend hit a deer, and Roadside Assistance called Lehman Towing. Since it was late at night, they said that they would have to put it on their lot until the next day. They charged her $1085 for the tow and "storage fee"!!! This place towed my vehicle for a broken control arm. First of all, they kept it in their own personal lot for 2 days before taking it to the collision center. Stopped taking my phone calls so I had to go through my insurance company to figure out why they werent moving it even after payment was made. When they finally dropped it off, they ran it into the parking lot curb and some old chemical totes at the very corner of the lot. Now, I need to replace the front bumper and fender and have the paint on surrounding parts blended to match. They needlessly caused thousands of dollars of extra damage to my vehicle. Left me waiting 4 hours. Never showed up. Wouldn't answer calls. Had to call a different company.

If I could give these lying clowns any less stars I would. They lied repeatedly saying they were on their way. I got five updates pushing the arrival time back 15 to 20 minutes each time. Four hours later they never showed. This was supposed to be a tow dispatched through a towing coverage program. They obviously kept taking revenue calls over my tow because they can make more money towing cash customers. read more

I coordinated to have my car be sold through Peddle. This was the carrier that was assigned to me. Peddle scheduled us to have it picked up between 7am-11am. Waited until about 10:40 and finally contacted peddle and asked what was going on. I called Lehman's and he said that they don't start picking up for Peddle at 11am and that they would be calling soon. It's now 3pm and still no call or text from them. I call Peddle they apologize and they tried to contact them no luck so I was thankfully switched to another carrier. No way would I recommend this company to anyone. I waited all day and my car is still sitting in the parking lot. Also I tried to call Lehmans multiple times and it went to voicemail and the inbox was full. Not a very well run business at all. I usually don't like to leave reviews like this but it this helps someone in the future it's worth it. read more

scam artists. Go elsewhere! You absolutely cannot trust these people, as nice as they pretend to be in person. They charged me over $100 for something autozone does for free (plug in a little computer that tells them whats wrong with my car), and was misdiagnosed as needing a new transmission. the wanted to charge over $6k for a replacement, told me that was a good deal too! I couldnt afford that noise so I took it to another mechanic to be sure that was really even needed... no, it wasn't. The new mechanic changed my trans fluid and problem solved. When I called them about this I was told by the female owner that the mechanic would call me back... never did. Filed a claim with my insurance but I'm highly considering calling law enforcement to have a serious investigation on this place! Crooks! Auto repair places really need more accountability because ifs getting so that you have know learn this trade yourself to not be robbed blind! read more

My dodge left me sit on rt 11 Friday morning I called for a tow and like 15mins later Mr. Davis came he was polite courteous and a professional during the entire time my dodge and I arrived at my residence which was a challenging time because I live on a busy street, and you must back into my driveway which is no easy task. However, Mr. Davis accomplished this maneuver without difficulty and got my truck backed in and properly aligned in my upgraded driveway without any damage to self, truck, or my property! Yes, I would recommend this towing company to anyone out their needing a tow with prompt service and care. You guys at Lehman's got a good man Mr. Davis I hope your able to keep good help, because good help is hard to come by now! read more

If I could give lower, I would. FIRST OF ALL, EMPTY YOUR VOICEMAIL, AND ANSWER YOUR PHONE FOR CUSTOMERS INSTEAD OF LETTING IT GO STRAIGHT TO VOICEMAIL SEEING AS THEY MAY BE STRANDED IN THE SUMMER HEAT. Company was ordered through roadside assistance and dispatched to pick up my car with a flat to be dripped off at a shop to go get new tires. Well thank God I wasn't ACTUALLY on the side of the road because I contacted RSA at 345pm, by 8pm I called RSA again and was told "they're running behind but they will get to me". HA! Called RSA again at 1030pm with nothing, and at 130am AKA THE 10HR MARK OF MY WAITING FOR A TOW TRUCK, RSA finally canceled and went with another company which showed up in less than 30 mins. Kicker? ME AND MY TRUCK ARE DOWN THE ROAD FROM WHERE MAJORITY OF THEIR TRUCKS SIT. Y'all need to get it together. I'm married to a tow truck driver, and the two companies he's worked for's dispatch have updated their customers as things change. It's also been my experience with any other tow company I've used, so I figured this would be the same. Courtesy doesn't run as deep as it used to. read more

Called for a towing service they came out took them about an hr and a 15 for a 20 min drive, then Proceeded to tell me they couldn't tell my car with a flatbed truck causing me to get a swinger truck which caused damage to my front end I would never recommend this place if you're looking to tow a car read more

Like many of the other reviews say, this company is THE WORST! They don't even deserve one star, but nonetheless that's the only choice! My son had a blowout on his truck on the way home from work, with no spare (life lesson, learned the hard way)! Said they were on the way with an ETA of 60-75 minutes. After waiting almost two hours, my insurance roadside assistance called back. They were told the truck was on the way....ETA, ANOTHER HOUR! An 18 year old, sitting alongside the road, in the dark! I picked him up, we left the truck. We can fix it ourselves faster than these liars would show up! We literally could have driven back and forth to their establishment at least three times in the amount of time we had to wait for their "on the way"! Not only do they suck, but if my insurance company can't find a company....ANY company...that's more reputable than these guys, then my roadside assistance is worthless as well, and will be canceled immediately! Don't waste your time with this company! They will quite literally WASTE YOUR TIME! read more
