I was there on a Friday evening and it was quite busy -- seemed like you needed an appointment or else the wait would be pretty long. I so would have liked to give this place 5 stars, however, they lost my business after making ridiculous rules on how and when a customer can use their Groupon. The actual service of the massage therapist are great as I've been here before, however, the front desk staff and their overall logic is absent. I'm not sure why a business would promote through Groupon only to curtail how the Groupon can be redeemed. Now I totally understand having to schedule an appointment based on availability, however, when I asked if there were non-Groupon appointments available, he said there were. So I'm assuming that there is one therapist assigned to all Groupon customers? So after being informed I couldn't book an appointment for today, I inquired about the next day. He proceeds to inform me that they have a "couple of days" policy for Groupon vouchers. I totally looked aghast because I couldn't believe the illogical point of that. Keeping in mind the Groupon expires on Thanksgiving Day, there were no other options to use. Unfortunately for this establishment, they've lost my business and I will certainly inform others not to patronize their Groupon "deal". read more

I wasn't sure what to expect from this place. Wasn't sure if I was going to walk into a Robert Kraft preferred type of establishment or a legit business. I took a chance based on the Yelp reviews. I was glad to see there weren't any curtains covering the doors or windows so that was a positive sign. Establishment was clean and modern. Front desk staff was welcoming. They have a touch screen computerized check in where you can pick your type of massage and the pressure you want. Decided a chair massage would be my safest bet. Therapist did not speak English. Massage was just ok, nothing special. I asked for medium pressure and it was light at best. Not sure if I'd go back for another massage. read more

I have never had a true "full body" until coming to LeHua! I did not catch the name of my Masseur; but he was AWESOME. Not only did he focus on the areas I asked (Upper body, shoulders, & Neck); he also massaged my face & head. I have never had hot stones, because you know... that usually costs extra; but this was included! The Masseur used hot stones and warm towels during my session. Wow, this is the type of ambiance that excels expectations. Located in a strip mall, there is plenty of parking. When, I walked in - plenty of natural light bursting through the windows. The staff was extremely polite and friendly. The massage was heavenly. I did a couple's massage - you're in the same room, hooks on the wall to hang your clothes, and overall a great experience. I opted for the 30 minute foot reflexology and let me just tell you, when I sat down I had what was the beginning of a migraine headache and my sinus' were killing me. 2-3 minutes in all issues had disappeared. I've also been to the location inside Cumberland Mall. I frequently (shh...don't tell my husband how much I go there) went to the chair massages upstairs in the mall..same people. I've done foot relexology and full body. My first massage was from a female, wish I had gotten her name. I've had a lot of massages in my time and this was one of the best. Bar none. The second was not with her, with a male and he was a little less concerned about "draping" so I think I might request a female again. They are 100% professional though and GOOD. You can hear mall noise so if you really want quiet, bring earplugs and you're good to go. read more

This was the most unprofessional and uncomfortable experience that I've had . Because I used their services before I booked a two hour massage with my elderly mother -in-law. Even though my therapist was extremely sweet , he was new and the massage wasn't that great. Both ladies at the front desk turned their nose up at me and got rude with me when I only gave him a $10 tip. She said , $10? That's all? I said yes. She got angry and said " They work hard for you and you won't tip more? She demanded that I tip 20% ! She proceeded to out me and make a scene in front of customers and the guy who gave me a massage. Then they started talking bad about me in their language so I wouldn't understand what they're saying. My mother in law has a bad heart. Because I didn't want to stress her out I ended up tipping them $20 to prevent from causing a bigger scene. Mind you, I paid $200 for the services so I had already paid quite a bit . They did not give me the same therapist as they promised when I booked and then had a very bad attitude when I didn't tip them 20% . They are rude, unprofessional, money hungry . They are only nice to you because they want your money. They don't truly care about their customers at all. I've used them 3 times and I'll never return again read more

Would I return ? Possibly if I just wanted to be touched ... I'm being really really nice giving 2 stars considering the circumstances. This is the thing ... I'm a licensed massage therapist . I've been practicing massage for 5 years. You can really help people or you can do the complete opposite . This experience was a bit more on the painful , ineffective side. First of all , you never massage or rub over tendons . Tendons are not muscles. Secondly , you don't apply pressure to bones. I knew this experience wasn't going to meet my expectations when the therapist spent 13 mins of the beginning of the session palpating over the blanket . Great method to warm up the body but you're cutting into my actual massage time by spending a lengthy amount just palpating . I came here to get a massage not to be tapped on over the sheet . I do feel sort of relaxed but that could very well be the atmosphere of the spa because the massage itself lacked quality and skill. Also , for anyone that doesn't know .. baby oil and st.ives cucumber lotion is not professional massage creme . If I'm going to pay professional massage prices then I want professional massage service throughout the entire ordeal . read more

I got a 30-minute massage which was good. Massage Therapist was previously an acupuncturist in China for 17 years so he understood acupressure points, however, he didn't have good English so communication was very difficult. I also got the foot reflexology from another younger gentleman who apparently didn't really know much, if anything, about it. He spent most of the time rubbing the instep of my foot. Cannot recommend for this service specifically but it was a nice fluff and buff foot massage. For these reasons I give them 2.5 maybe 3 stars. read more
