    Dry towel scrub
    Natasha D.

I was really excited about going to this spa as I had an incredible experience at the Orlando, FL location. Too bad the experiences were night and day. I walked in and told the front desk attendant I was early and he did not greet me, just replied, "One second." A young lady walked out, I believe her name was Melanny (according to the receipt), and told me she was ready for me. She pointed at the salt table and said nothing else. I asked, "Am I supposed to select one of these?" and she told me yes. I followed her to the chair and I'm giving this place 2 stars because the room is really nice, dimly lit, seats are comfortable, and there are dividers between seats. The massage started with my shoulders and it felt really good -- super relaxing. It was when she moved to my arms that the massage went all the way downhill, fast. It's like she mismanaged time and rushed through the rest of the experience. The foot massage, the main reason I made an appt, was absolutely awful! It irks me when a masseuse does the same 3 moves over and over for an entire 30min massage! She had nails so each time she would rub the soles of my feet, her nails dug into them -- and she kept doing this same move over and over until I couldn't take it anymore and told her that her nails were hurting me. There might've been a language barrier because she said ok, but continued to do the same move over and over! This wasn't the worst part though. After the quick 10 seconds of hot stone massaging, she grabbed dry towels and SCRUBBED the mess out of my legs. Y'all, you would've thought she was trying to clean mud off my legs or something. Apparently, I had a scrape on my leg because she scrubbed so hard that she scrubbed the scab off! Both of my legs are on fire!! The last 10min were legit torture -- scrubbing, pulling, slapping, and rough throwing of my legs and feet around. This is NOT the experience I was looking for. Never again! I'll stick with Ponce Foot Spa.

After walking for a few hours in and out of stores today my daughter said "let's treat our feet"! This foot spa looks like a glimpse of heaven with beautiful sheers hanging from the casing. The eucalyptus and lavender aroma traveling from the aromatic misty machines.makes you instantly feel at peace with the world. I normally go to Dunwoody location. The foot massage was weak but at the other location I felt a deep tissue massage from leg down to my feet. I felt almost nothing at this location. They don't even talk to you!

Go everyday if you want and can afford it. It's relaxing, therapeutic and except when they forget the mask for your eyes, exceptional.

Did they raise the prices?? I just came here 2 months ago and only paid $35, now the website says $55.

Sorry we are redesigning our website and accidentally went live before it was ready. And those prices are incorrect. It is still $35 for 1 hour foot massage for the midtown location. Sorry for the inconvenience and misunderstanding.

In January, I took the time to write a thoughtful and professional message and electronically send it. When I arrived for my February appointment, I realized I had not received a response. I printed the message and hand-delivered it to the staff. One staff member verbally acknowledged, "Yeah, we received it." Now, as I prepare for my March appointment, I still have not received any response. As noted in my original review, I have been a loyal customer since 2020 and schedule my appointments for the entire year in advance. My massage therapy journey began in college after a physician referral, and it has remained an important part of my wellness routine ever since. I value my relationship with my massage therapist just as I value relationships with my physicians and hairstylists. Jordan knows my body well, and I feel comfortable in his care. To be clear, this review does not reflect the majority of the staff. Many are consistently kind and professional, such as Amour. This feedback is directed toward the staff who appear dismissive and unwilling to provide a professional response to reasonable customer feedback. While booking my 2026 monthly appointments, I noticed yet another price increase. The 90-minute deep tissue massage increased from $155 to $180 -- approximately a 16% increase. I did not request any price adjustment or special accommodation. I simply scheduled a 60-minute deep tissue massage at the current $140 rate. My only request was that the spa consider announcing annual price increases in advance. In the past, staff have called to acknowledge feedback, which I appreciated. I expected the same professional courtesy this time. I am not asking for the owner to contact me -- simply a professional acknowledgment. This seems reasonable considering the spa regularly sends emails and newsletters with other announcements. A former employee mentioned the spa has been under new management since I began coming in 2020. If expecting basic communication and professionalism is unrealistic, then perhaps my loyalty as a long-standing customer is also being taken for granted. Supporting a business should never feel like your voice is dismissed and doesn't matter.

On my recent visit, I had a 60 minute full body massage with Scott, who was fantastic. He listened to my requests regarding pressure, and his therapeutic technique was one of the best I've experienced for targeting my specific problem areas. The room was spacious, and the heated table made it even better. Afterward, I got a waterless mani and pedi with Candy in their private nail suite. She was friendly, thorough, and did an amazing job! My hands and feet look perfect, and the heated massage chair in the nail room was a great touch! You get a true high end spa experience for what you'd normally pay at a standard nail salon. Chrislyn at the front desk was also wonderfully welcoming. If you're looking for a relaxing self-care day, check out their website and social media for services that they provide. I'll definitely be back! There is free parking if you're driving or it's pretty close to the Candler Park Marta Station.

The weighted lavender neck pillow was great. However, it's only been 4 days since my mani pedi and I'm already noticing the cuticles lifting and getting caught on things. Some of them are also very uneven and I understand with every nail treatment that's bound to happen but I just thought it would last longer. My facial was nice and I felt my skin was glowy after. But if I hadn't asked questions or said anything during the appointment, I don't think my aesthetician would've said anything. Again, I understand a silent peaceful vibe might have been what they were going for, but it almost felt I was interrupting that by wanting to know what was going on my face. Overall, I would likely come back again, but after dropping over $300 on these two services, it's a little discouraging.

The regular prices are way too high for me. But I figured I would give it a try because it's right by my home. It was my mistake that I arrived a couple minutes late, but I did have a bit of trouble finding the space. When I got there, it looked to be closed. I called the number on my confirmation email twice and got no answer. I was about to leave when Elise walked up and greeted me. She did give me a full hour of massaging anyway, so no complaints there. I definitely should have arrived at least 5 minutes early, though! About the massage. The website indicated that deep tissue would cost more, but it was plenty "deep" and rough, as is. Elise did, of course, ask me to let her know if it was ever too much, but I don't like to give alot of critique during massages; I like to let them do their thing as much as possible. But I did have to speak up when it felt like she was repeatedly kneading a softball into my neck!! Some people may love massages like that, but it was honestly far too painful for me. She had some moves where it felt like I was being choked and when she kneading into my scalp, I was wincing in pain. I get that I'm tight and she was just trying to loosen it, but it was just way, way too much pressure! And I am usually one to love deep tissue massages!! When I had no choice but to say that it was too much, she came completely off of my neck instead of just going lighter, which is what I was afraid would happen. Another thing that didn't really jive with me was how much heat and oils she used. I don't really need all that stuff; I'd rather the focus be more on the massage, itself. I was relieved when she finally removed a pile of heating pads that she had stacked onto my back! Even though most of it was not my thing, I think Elise is very nice and caring and talented at what she does! It's also a really nice, private setting. And lots of people will appreciate how strong she is! And yes, I could have taken the time to keep telling her it was too much, but again, I don't like to interfere too much with the therapist's flow.
