I left the office assured that each step of my treatment would be coordinated with other doctors involved in it. The issues raised as soon I've scheduled with my periodontist to have the tooth extracted: I was told that the temporary device would take at least 3 weeks to deliver (at the initial visit, I was told that the device will be made on time to temporary replace the extracted tooth). At the initial visit, when I asked the doctor about the costs associated with my case, I was referred to the front desk. Later, I was surprised/alarmed when the front desk person got irritated when I asked for the information. To remain to be a patient of the doctor, it seems, I had to agree to be kept in the dark about the costs as well as about the time frame of my treatment. I was new to the area and went to Dr. Forrester with a lot of previous dental issues and he put me at ease. He helped to prioritize the most important aspects and then work from there. The office and the staff are warm and inviting. Appointments are easy to schedule and they always run on time. I am more than satisfied with the dental work I have had done, it is truly top of the line in quality and cosmetically appealing. For someone who has spent a lot of time in a dentist chair it is great to find an office where you know you are getting the best care and it is an enjoyable experience at every visit. I definitely wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr. Forrester and his team to anyone.

I had a TERRIBLE experience at Diamond Dental today, with Dr. V specifically!! I went in because a…read morecrown of mine (that was done in their office) fell off, for the second time. It was originally done in 2020, and fell off for the first time in 2021. She told me that she was going to have to charge me to re-cement it. (I don't have insurance) I asked how much. After about 10 min of runaround with her & the billing specialist, I was told the charge would be $150! I told her that I would pay it because I have no choice, but that i thought it was ridiculous that I would have to pay that much money to glue a crown back on. (I had a previous crown on a different tooth that lasted me 15+ years without ever coming off!) At that point, she told me that she was not going to put it back on for me because "I don't trust her work"! So, after spending almost 2 hours there, I had to leave without getting the crown put on, at 3pm. She was aware that I was going to NC tomorrow and there's no way I would be able to get in with any other dentist this late in the day. And she actually looked really pleased with herself for refusing to do the work. It was honestly the most unprofessional experience I have ever had at any dental office. I hadn't been into the office for a long time, for personal reasons. She took several opportunities to point that out to me as well. As if that was the reason my crown (which to my understanding is permanent & should not be coming off multiple times) came off. I have a lot of dental issues. I have spent thousands of dollars at this office & have family members that have spent tens of thousands. I actually talked to Dr. V today about finally putting together a plan to get to the bottom of all my issues. And now I have to find another office. I really loved Dr. Wong, but he is there anymore. The rest of the staff in the office are AMAZING & SO KIND!! The office is beautiful, with all the newest technology. There are so many nice things I can say about the office in general. But after today, I will not be returning. The way that Dr. V handled the entire situation was extremely UNPROFESSIONAL & UNETHICAL. I now have to drive to NC without my fragile tooth unprotected and deal with it when I come back. All because the crown that they did has fallen out twice in less than 5 years, and I told her that I felt taken advantage of for being charged $150 for that!!

He gives his best advice for you and will consult other practices when necessary. Office is very clean and comforting as he has several plants there. Usually wait time is within 5-10 minutes. Cleaning procedure was done in about 30 minutes by his hygienists. I even like to bring my kids to him because he's so good with my kids. I would travel from NYC to New haven just because I trust him to work on me.

I had them extracted, and implants were placed. Over time all molars were replaced with implants. I grind my teeth and the front teeth were large spacing occurred. I went to 4 different dentists. They ALL suggested implants. The last one told me my teeth were too loose to try to adjust them. UConn did not suggest or worry when they placed my implants. I went to Aspen Dental to have an implant re attached. They were good. The problem with Aspen is they have no resident dentists and when I had a crown placed; it was left with a sharp edge, and no one to fix it. I had to go to my husband's Dentist and have him fix the sharp edge. Aspen did refund my dental fee for the fix. They never scheduled maintenance for cleanings. I returned to my husband's dentist for cleanings. I loved Dr Barry and his staff. They recommended I have the teeth that were spaced be replaced with a bridge for the cost of $45,000.00. I was shocked by the price and never returned to them. I got a quote for the same work in Stamford CT of $20,000.00. I was questioning why I needed to have that done when my teeth were not loose. I started to explore Veneers which led me to Dr Levitt. He educated me on why it would be better to do all crowns. I am going Thursday to have the temporary crowns put in. I felt because We had spent the money on orthodontics, implants, and I was brushing and flossing that spending another $45,000. Was not justifiable. Thank you Dr Levitt.

Expert Dental was recommended to me by Husky. Their office is clean. The staff is excellent and will answer any questions I have. Today I came in for a free appointment for my dentist just to make sure the filling she replaced was still OK. i'd been knocking it out multiple times over the past two or three years with my old dentist. it was still solid. She cared that the work was still solid, even with my tooth grinding. when I'd gotten the filling last week, I discovered there was a high point after the anesthesia wore off. She was able to see me that same day to fix it, probably why it's still solid. I recommend this office highly.
