And so appreciative and grateful to Teri and Angie for signing Andrew. The four years we were with Signature, Andrew and I had our learning curve regarding the need to have head shots and ZED cards made and what was expected of both my son as the talent and me as the mom on set. And there is a learning curve. The acting and modeling industry like any other industry has expectations when you go on set as a talent. Signature was always professional regarding the information they shared with me. With them, I learned about the acting and modeling industry for Andrew. Angie and Teri were always friendly when I stopped in to see them. When my son did book a job with them, he got paid in a timely manner. Signature is SAG and has been in business for a long time. I must've intimidated him by simply being taller than he expected, because there was no excuse for his blatant insults and disrespect during my audition. Other reviews of this studio rave about him as "never dampening or discouraging his students." Does he just throw that personality out the window when he's running an audition room? I won't be back, and hope that I was the exception to the rule. May no one else have to experience this side of him in the audition room. Note to Garth: if you don't like an actor, or their performance...then just say "thank you" and move on with your day. There's never an excuse to take personal or "professional jabs" at someone who is nothing but kind and pleasant towards you. Time to re-learn the word "professionalism."
