From the initial sales visit to the scheduling and the actual installation of the floor, it was a very smooth process. But the results are what matters, and this floor is now awesome. Not slippery, hopefully easy to clean, and looks great. It took just one day to do the floor, and they work in weather anything above 0 degrees. Adam was the lead guy on the 2-person team. They were both good guys... friendly, diligent, and kept me informed of progress. I've always wanted a good looking garage floor and am thrilled that I finally pulled the trigger. Just wish I had done it several years ago. I highly recommend going with PolyTek. Lots of colors to choose from. Long warranty. Good people working there. End result is really awesome. All…read moreCraft Exteriors was working on a neighbors house, so we decided to give them a call to see if they could send someone by to give us an estimate to repair the damage. Chad came by soon after and took at look at the situation, promising to get us an estimate by the next day. (He also noticed some of our gutters needed a couple of extra screws, and he just fixed that for us while he was here. Thanks!) We got the estimate as promised and were surprised that it was not as much as we feared it might be. Chad told us that it might be up to 30 days before they could know what day they could come by to do the work, but they called just a couple of days later and it was completed the following day by Jesse and Jared. They did a great job! (That included retrieving the pieces of the replacement siding we had stored in the rafters of our garage (Jenga-style). We will probably need a window replaced sometime in the next year or two and we already know who we will call. Recommend!

I got an insulation person out and he said there was plenty of venting available for a fan. Then a large estimate came and it also said I had to get an Electrical permit. After learning how to get a permit and paying $25.01 for it I send multiple texts to Jamie and waited for a response. I finally had to email him to get a response. The last email he changed his mind! He suggested "I recommend having a mechanical company--whoever did your furnace and AC--take a look to see if they have a better solution" I thought the customer was right when asking for something I've done before that I know works. If he didn't want to do the job, he should have told me a lot sooner! No very happy with this company.

Do not hire this company. I hired Superior Mechanical Out of Rochester MN to install a new water…read moreheater, fix a cold water line and some other items. The bill was 3,000.00. I don't live at the home and when I went to the home I realized the new water heater and the cold water line doesn't work. I paid $2,500.00 in good faith and asked them to get the new water heater to work and fix the water line. They are unwilling to warrantee the new water heater or fix the Cold water line without the final $500 payment. They also said it will cost me additional money to come out and work on these items. I took it up with the BBB of Minnesota. I was trying to make progress In a professional like manner with the Better Business Bureau. Superior mechanical filed a lawsuit against me so the BBB closed their case due to the lawsuit. We go to court on September 3 but I still don't have a water heater that works.
