This mistake will cost me an additional $800 to $1000 to fix my drywall. The a/c stopped working and they no longer service my area. I had a Lennox provider come out that they recommended, and he stated the install was faulty, completely missing a step in sealing the joint on the copper. When I called K and S they said it wasn't their installer's fault and I couldn't prove it. What it comes down to is this is a POOR company that DOES NOT stand behind the work of the people that install their products. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING if you know what's good for you!
