The lady answering the phone was as nice as could be (even after I called 3 times in one day to give her more info, like, be sure you send two guys because it will take that many to move this washer). The two guys showed up exactly on time and they called ahead to let me know they were on the way, just as the head office lady said they would. The two gents (one named Davis) went right to work and diagnosed the problem quickly. They were very professional and respectful of the house furnishings. All in all a great experience. Highly recommend.

The young man I spoke with was courteous, professional, and transparent about what he would or wouldn't recommend for likely problems. Although he had set service appointments in the morning, he said try to be onsite the same day if possible. He contacted me about noon and advised he'd be there in 30 minutes, and was right on the estimated time. After inspecting the refrigerator he diagnosed a freon leak and discussed the costs and potential for further problems even after a repair. I was impressed with his commitment to ensuring a quality outcome and his concern about the age of the refrigerator requiring more expensive repairs in the near future. He could have made a significant amount of money fixing something in the short term, but chose to focus on ensuring I well-informed about likely near-term additional costs. Also, the service visit charge was very reasonable. Great professionalism and ethics; I'd gladly contact Summerlin's for any future appliance issues. The first time I went to the garden center we had not moved to town yet, we just wanted to see how different the garden was from our home state of AZ. I met Patti that very first time, she was so helpful and friendly that months later after finally buying our property and moving across the country I still remembered her. I've gone back a couple of times now and each time I have interacted with her she is helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. She helped us pick out nine trees for the new spot. All I can say is Patti is awesome, she works hard for her money and she deserves to be recognized. She makes me want to shop there.

We called Sunday and they said that they would deliver materials today the 17th between 1-5 and it's 530 and they still haven't showed up. Our fence is suppose to be installed tomorrow the 18th. This is NOT okay. They haven't not communicated with us about running behind or even apologizing for not showing up last week. My husband is taking time off of work tomorrow for delivery, the city of Oakboro is suppose to come out tomorrow as well and we've had things planned from the beginning, but your employees or whomever is running things isn't doing their job. This is unacceptable. We will be contacting corporate about this matter.
