My experience with the Asheboro Terminix company was absolutely awful. It is the worst company I…read morehave ever had to deal with in my 71 years on this earth. I would not recommend them to anyone! Their pest control contract is an absolute joke. When i signed up and paid for a year of service they refused to treat my hone and outbuilding for the full year with the excuse that i bought the service on thee 27th of November and my year started over on November 1st so I did not even get a full year of coverage. They came out and sprayed on October 31st and then sent me a bill stating I owed and additional $155 even though I had paid for a full year of coverage. During the year they tried to not treat my large new outbuilding even though it was covered in the original contract. The termite treatment was even worse. My home has a full basement with clean freshly painted white walls and new lighting.. About 11 months after treatment a termite tunnel appeared and they refused to treat even the new spot that was very evident to anyone walking by. I had other problems with them thru the year as well. I kindlly asked for a full refund as I did not get what I was promised but of course they refused. I WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND THIS COMPANY to anyone. Please be aware that I have never written a negative review like this in my entire life but just hope no one else gets taken like I have. BEWARE!
