Update: After almost 2 months, I did get a response, apology and refund. I'm leaving 3 stars because I really enjoyed my first experience- it was a dream! And Bree was phenomenal and is probably one of the most talented photographers around here. The second time still makes me hesitant but I recognize this is a rough season for Bree. At the end of the day, I will probably try again in a while.

In fact, when he pointed to her, my immediate instinct was to think that she was one of our friends because she waved and looked so friendly. Not only was Sarah kind and responsive throughout the communication process of setting things up for the big surprise, but another plus was the option to pay via credit card online. We are extremely pleased with the output of her work! Creative angles, perfectly timed snapshots of our expressions, and overall, flawless execution! I really appreciate the logistics of it all too. She had to arrive with plenty of time, keep an eye out for us, and really work under pressure! A USB of both color and black and white photos was mailed to us with a personalized handwritten card within 2 weeks, and oh! Sarah and Beckie captured hundreds of memories, laughs, and moments of joy. They meshed well with the wedding party and felt more like guests than hired photographers.
