Management is super organized and has several levels of care and training for different dogs' needs. OTL has doggie daycare, training, grooming and boarding. The kennels are bigger than most, with plenty of outside space. The dogs have plenty of green to play in during their daily walks. Instead, the groomer completely shaved him without calling us or asking for permission. Anyone experienced with this breed should know that Collies should never be shaved. Their double coat is essential for protection against weather, brush, and sun exposure. It also helps regulate their temperature year-round. Our dog is an outdoor farm dog, and his coat plays a critical role in his daily life. Since bringing him home, his behavior has completely changed. He is now reluctant to go outside in the rain and cold, which is very unlike him. Previously, we could barely get him to come inside. We are now deeply concerned about his comfort, sun exposure, and risk of overheating as the weather gets warmer. We took him to the veterinarian following this incident, and they were shocked. They explained that shaving a Collie can cause long-term coat damage, as the undercoat often grows back faster than the outer coat, resulting in uneven, patchy regrowth that may never fully recover. Unfortunately, we've experienced this before with another Collie due to an inexperienced groomer, which makes this situation even more upsetting. When we contacted the owner to express our concerns, the response was incredibly disappointing. There was no empathy or accountability. She stated she expected our call, laughed at our concerns, and even claimed she knew more than our veterinarian. We are devastated by this experience and would strongly caution others especially owners of double-coated breeds to be very clear about expectations and to choose a groomer with proven breed-specific knowledge.

They didn't have her in a collar on a leash on the table so she was able to jump down and hide inside the wall of the van. A professional groomer would never allow that to happen. The owner was rude and blamed my cat telling me it should medicated. My cat has never been aggressive with other groomers. DO NOT USE THIS CLOWN SHOW! FYI- neither employee could communicate. One was deaf and the other spoke no English. At least send one employee who can communicate with your customers.

Staff is always flexible with picking him up as I live about 30 mins away. There's a window where you can see the dogs getting groomed which is reassuring that they are safe and treated well. My dog used to hate going to groomers but I think he loves it here as he gets to play with other dogs and isn't caged while waiting to be groomed. He always leaves looking dapper and they give a seasonal dog bandana at each appt.
