( unfinished btw ) Berube's provided them with brand new fenderette's which they never installed, back window HACKED with caulk, horns never connected / installed ( also provided by Berube's ) and lights hacked back together. After dealing with SIX (6) different people cause somehow each month / weeks the previous guy got fired ( at least 2/3 of them ) or my " issue " got passed onto the next guy. Fast forward a couple of weeks and the paint is cracking on it. I asked for them to re spray it and they denied, I asked for a refund and obviously they are ignoring their Barney and friends paint job...

One company quoted us the next day service, which was impossible since he was at a mountain with no lodging and temps were 22 and dropping. After our third cancellation at 7pm, I received a call from Thumbs up, that they were coming to our rescue. They kept us updated on their arrival time and drove well out of their area to come help us. They were courteous, told us exactly what they were doing, and for everyone's safety, checked our ID's to make sure we were the ones who were supposed to be at this car to be opened. I honestly don't know what we would have done if Thumbs Up hadn't come. Thank you so much!

We'll I have one but I know he is not the owner because after continuously calling asking to speak with the real owner this employee crashed out at me and said "good tell the fucking owner, I hope that douche fires me so I dont have to keep dealing with assholes like you" after damaging my brothers car so bad we could not even move it from where he dropped it. I will be taking legal action and a second police report has been filed. This man rummage through my brothers car as well and laughed when asked about it. When I told him he could continue to make it worse for himself or get me the owner he laughed and said "no I think I should make this worse"
