The gent doing landscaping outside said the ribs on Friday were the best around but for Thursday, try the liver and gizzards... hmmm, I looked up gizzards and passed. The meat was 3 times the size of the bread so he used fingers, knife and fork... making yummy noises as he went. We enjoyed the bottomless ice tea ... very good, clearly homemade.
