Warning: Avoid Lee's and KFC in Radcliff/Hardin County for Chicken. Rating: (for both) My experience with Lee's Chicken was truly terrible and consistently awful over the 33 years I've been here. The chicken was soggy, the gizzards were undercooked and chewy, and the green beans were overcooked ("murdered"). A word of caution: the KFC across the street is just as horrible, showing no improvement over the past three decades. If you're craving quality chicken in the Hardin County or Radcliff area, I highly recommend trying the local Valeros or even Slim Chickens in E-town - steer clear of these abysmal places. read more

I went into lees I'm actually a regular and often eat here almost every week. I've never had any complaints about any of the staff but recently I went in to get my regular a liver dinner with buffalo and ranch sauce. I had went to the restroom after I ordered my food and ran into a worker I've yet to see, black hair dyed with red, facial piercings just the whole gothic look I stopped and introduced myself saying I've never seen her here are you new ext she had an entire rude demeanor right off the bat she seemed uninterested and acted like me as a customer was an inconvenience rather than a priority. I had just given up I went back to the counter. mistakes were made with my order and instead of taking responsibility or apologizing their response was defensive and unhelpful, even when giving a chance to correct it, there was still an attitude that made the situation worse my food got fixed, but the whole entire situation was just out of it. Never in my life have I ever walked into this place. And dealt with this much disrespect I honestly love lees so much and I will still be coming back, but this is just something that could've been completely avoided I understand you could've just been having a bad day but the way I was treated was just completely wrong. read more

Me and my bestfriend Karmen went here, She got fried chicken,beans and,coleslaw. For the most part the food was good! but the forks sucked to get chicken off of it! They could improve on their forks but there chicken tenders were also hard to tear into. it was pretty dirty in there also, food was still on the tabels and napkins and trash were on the floor. The serivice wasn't the best either they were acting like it was a joke. so overall i rate this place a 4-6 out of 10 read more

Came inside since drive thru line was a bit long. We ordered 2 meals to go, I got the chicken sandwich spicy with a side of coleslaw with a drink and my kid got a 5 piece tenders with wedges & a drink. They were a bit busy for a Saturday. But the staff was still very nice and friendly. The dining room looked clean and the trash wasn't overflowing. Our orders took about 5 minutes or more to be ready. I was famish and ate my chicken sandwich in the dining room. It's was fairly spicy and a nice thick piece of chicken the sauce gave it a nice kick. The tenders & wedges were warm and delicious when we finally made it to our destination. Lee's is definitely our chicken spot when we are in Radcliff. . read more

We had lunch here yesterday and everything was perfect. Staff was super friendly. Fried chicken is amazing and with great seasoning. The potato wedges were hot and fresh and delicious. The biscuits were perfect and buttery which made them taste even better. Sweet tea was wonderful. Definitely recommend eating here if you are in the area. I miss the Lees buffets but it seems they aren't doing it anymore. They used to have fried okra too which I miss. read more

This place is fantastic. It began as we were walking in. The staff member who was cleaning greeted us with a friendly smile and a "Good morning". When we approached the counter, we were again greeted with a friendly smile. Then one of the ladies in the back doing the cooking and serving looked up with a friendly "Good morning!" These are the kind of employees that everyone would love to have. The place is clean! That's such a big plus! Our food was served quickly. The portions were generous and fresh. My coworkers went to pick up lunch as usual and they raved about this place so I was excited. I went online to try to find a menu, but the network blocked it, and the only website I could look at said something about Lee being Colonel Sander's nephew...hmm interesting! I ordered chicken and gizzards from here 04/18/20. My sister picked up the food. After she paid and checked the food, she said the gizzards weren't fresh and it would take them 30 minutes for fresh gizzards. I was like don't worry about it and the cashier took her name down and said we can come back another time for them. The gizzards she brought home were disgusting. I threw them out immediately. The following day my sister was out, it was around 8, and she decided to get the gizzards. When she went in to get the gizzards, she said the cashier told her THE GIZZARDS BEEN SITTING OUT FOR ABOUT 30 MINUTES AND ITS BEST TO COME IN THE MORNING FOR FRESH GIZZARDS (so they weren't cooking anymore). Went at 7:30 p.m. on a Friday night for the Catfish Buffet. However, we didn't know that the buffet closed at 7:00 although the store doesn't close until 10:00 so we ended up ordering the catfish dinner. Came with 2 sides, a biscuit and a drink for $6.99. The catfish was made fresh upon ordering. It was seasoned perfectly and the portion size was great. The sides were wonderful as well (their coleslaw is my favorite). It's weird. After eating all the other fast food chicken places I have grown accustomed to fried chicken that barely resembles chicken. This actually looks, feels, tastes like real chicken.
