So I am a dog mom with a 125 lb fluffy butt, 10-year-old, American Akita and a 60 lb, 8-year-old Black Lab mix and they believe in leaving their mark on every inch of my car. My bf arranged a full detail for my car. Awesome Mobile came to my office and did the entire detail while I worked. They shampooed my cloth covered seats and scrubbed the weather-proof mats. They got every nook and cranny including the embedded dog fluff in the carpeted panels and in the corners of the windshield and rear windows. They buffed out small scratches all over my car and clayed the exterior as well. My mouth legitimately fell open when I saw my car...it looked brand new when they were done! I cannot wait to be able to afford their service again because my car could use a great service. They are pricey but it is so worth the money!

He has no regard for others in the freeway and will cause an accident soon hurting someone or himself. If his ethics and ways of being are being revealed on how he drives and how he treats others in the freeway, makes me wonder if he is as good with his work ethics. I was told the job would take 3-5 days, but it ended up taking THREE WEEKS with very little communication throughout the process. I had to message him a couple days before my wrap was supposed to be finished, to learn that he hadn't even gotten my vinyl delivered yet! he just had my car sitting outside his shop not touched for about 2 1/2 weeks... I called to ask about picking my car up because It was taking a lot longer than planned and I wasn't expecting the added expense of a longer car rental but he would not let me get my deposit back so I had to just wait for him.. When I finally got my car back, it was obvious that the work had been rushed despite the insane delay. The wrap had torn sections, parts that were overlapped, missing pieces that needed to be put back on my doors/trunk and areas where there was dirt under the wrap. After waiting so long and paying almost 3k I expected far better quality/care for my car. He also somehow broke my driver's side mirror (it doesn't adjust anymore) This entire experience was extremely disappointing, if I could do it over again I would not because it was not worth the stress or headache. I would recommend that this guy gets a booking system to keep his clients in order and to keep him from over booking and wasting people's time.
