I been using this dry cleaners for years and this last time, I brought a black suit to get ready for Wednesday. i went one week prior to pick up my suit. The suit was lost. Rodger had us looking for it all over the cleaners, we couldn't find it. I went back 4 days later to ask about it since Rodger was ignoring my calls. Again he wanted me to look for it again. I said I was gonna buy a new one and bring him the receipt since he lost it and said technically he has 30 days to find it. This man is a joke. waiting on 30 days to see what he says ... Had a disaster occur with the new shirts I purchased for each of my groomsmen for my wedding. A place in Chicago virtually ruined them 4 hours before I was heading to Michigan for the wedding. Not to worry though. I showed them to the good folks at Lemon Fresh, and (after laughing at the piss poor work done in Chicago) told me they'd be able to help me out. After dropping them off Friday morning, I picked them up the morning of the wedding. Beautiful, clean, spotless, perfectly pressed. I could not have been happier with their work. They were completely professional as well as being as friendly as possible. As a bonus challenge for them, I splashed a bit of au jus on a suit (I'm a carnivore) and gave it to them after the wedding. Returned from the honeymoon with a perfectly cleaned suit as well. Update on this issue of lost item. I have spoken by phone with the owner Roger Lemon on 6 different occasions and each time was promised that I would be reimbursed for the lost item and cleaning charge for that item. It has now been over 8 months since the item was lost and I have still not been reimbursed. I have given up on calling again as obviously nothing promised ever happens. Don't use this cleaner. They don't stand behind their service and are not honest. read more

I was really excited about living across the street from a Lemon Fresh dry cleaners. Visions of just walking my shirts and pants over were dashed when I brought in my son's scout uniform one day (I do not sew patches well). I was told the job would take 2-3 days as the shirt would have to be sent to another location. Long story short... The shirt was not ready when promised. The patch had been sewn on the wrong side of the shirt and had to be brought in again. The shirt was not ready when promised. The shirt had gone missing. The shirt was found and still not finished (2 weeks later). The attendant was not helpful and seemed bewildered that I would not want to be charged twice when I picked it up (since I had already paid once) The shirt now had a new permanent stain near the patch. Thanks, Lemon Fresh for nothing. Now I have to drive somewhere else. read more

Hard to rate a cleaners that does it's job! Average prices for the area. They are good about next day service that is a plus. Multiple locations and they are full service beyond the typical shirt or pant. read more

Have been going here for years, but they did a great job with my wedding dress, and they had their work cut out for them. I had red wine on my dress, dye from my shoes and the bottom had dirt all over it. Got it back in a really nice keepsake box in acid free paper, etc. included a little pair of white gloves for handling. Really great service as well. read more

For some reason I decided to give this place a second chance. I dropped off a dress to be dry cleaned and was given a receipt that said it would be done at 6pm on Thursday. Drove 15 minutes out of my way to pick it up at 3:30 on Friday to find out it was still not done. All they had to do was give me a later pickup time or call me to say it would be late, and I would have been happy. She definitely could have called - when I handed her my receipt, she had an "oh shit" look on her face and knew which dress I was picking up. Will nooooot be coming back. Ugh. read more

We are long time Lemon Fresh customers, but, am re-thinking after what I just paid to have flat panel drapes pressed only. If you look at Lemon Fresh site they brag about their drapery cleaning service. I brought in 4 - 54" x 84" curtain panels ( 2 in grommet style flat over drape and 2 under drape rod pocket sheers, all new in store packaging) asked for pressing only charge was $88,00, receipt explained charge was $2.45 pleat since over 10 pleats. If I was indeed charged by pleat the cost should be ZERO as there were NO PLEATS. I realize there is probably a price based on size of flat panels, but if this is what I paid for pressing only of flat panels, what must it cost to use the Spring Cleaning they advertise where they take down and re-hang your drapes and clean them! read more
