I showed them to the good folks at Lemon Fresh, and (after laughing at the piss poor work done in Chicago) told me they'd be able to help me out. After dropping them off Friday morning, I picked them up the morning of the wedding. Beautiful, clean, spotless, perfectly pressed. I could not have been happier with their work. They were completely professional as well as being as friendly as possible. As a bonus challenge for them, I splashed a bit of au jus on a suit (I'm a carnivore) and gave it to them after the wedding. Returned from the honeymoon with a perfectly cleaned suit as well. Stopped in and dropped off 3 pairs of chinos and 2 sweaters on Monday and had them back by Wednesday. I asked for no crease on the pants, and the person behind the counter made sure she checked them before handing them back to me. I also like that I got a text message mid-day on Wednesday reminding me that my items would be ready for pick up, although I would have liked to have had the price included in the text message. I was very disappointed with the service I received. First I was texted the day before asking if…read morethey could move my appointment back two hours due to employees calling in. I agreed to an 1 1/2 hours later because I had carpet cleaners coming in afternoon. When the cleaners were late I texted and she said they would be late because they got a speeding ticket. Then the owner said she and her assistant would come to help to get done on time. Finally the owner and asst. showed up, no original crew. I know they had a shortened time but I pointed out specific things I wanted clean. I had to ask to have the top of the refrigerator cleaned off. This was supposed to be a move-in deep clean. I keep finding items they did not touch, such as the main shower/tub, front of cupboards, inside of cupboards, etc. I understand there were extenuating circumstances but knowing this job needed to be done quickly, why would you send original crew home for the day when 4 could have done a more thorough job. And no money was refunded even though I paid for 4 hours upfront and they were only there less than 2 1/2 hours. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend.
