I showed them to the good folks at Lemon Fresh, and (after laughing at the piss poor work done in Chicago) told me they'd be able to help me out. After dropping them off Friday morning, I picked them up the morning of the wedding. Beautiful, clean, spotless, perfectly pressed. I could not have been happier with their work. They were completely professional as well as being as friendly as possible. As a bonus challenge for them, I splashed a bit of au jus on a suit (I'm a carnivore) and gave it to them after the wedding. Returned from the honeymoon with a perfectly cleaned suit as well. I could not recommend this place enough!

Different lady now behind the counter and she said there was no indication I ever left a suit for cleaning without a ticket. When I asked for the items to be removed from my tab (they were in the same condition as when I brought them in), manager Melissa Konneck was unprofessional, rude, and unaccommodating. Stopped in and dropped off 3 pairs of chinos and 2 sweaters on Monday and had them back by Wednesday. I asked for no crease on the pants, and the person behind the counter made sure she checked them before handing them back to me. I also like that I got a text message mid-day on Wednesday reminding me that my items would be ready for pick up, although I would have liked to have had the price included in the text message. Super friendly people and they did a great job on my clothes. I'll be back!
