I would leave zero stars if I could. They damaged a very sentimental item of mine. Knocked it right off the wall and broke it! They tried to fix it with my super glue and made a total mess everywhere. This is not the first time they broke something and I made the mistake to allow them back. On top of that, they do the bare minimum. Each time they left I had to go back over all the streaks and dried product they left behind. Consumer beware..take your business elsewhere. read more

I used rhino before for a move out cleaning and I was very impressed. That was roughly 3 years ago. So when we were looking for someone to deep clean our current home they came to mind. They did such a good job! I wish I would've taken before photos but they cleaned my house top to bottom. Baseboards, dusting, cleaned all surfaces, mopping, even vacuumed my stairs and couch, my slider door looks a see through! I highly recommend them and will be using them more regularly! read more

Im not sure who in this complex hired this company but this is what their employees are choosing to do instead. Im sitting on my couch when I hear my front door trying to be opened. I wasnt expecting anyone so I went to my camera app and saw these two women trying to, not only open my door, but my neighbors as well. Had one of our doors been unlocked who knows what couldve happend. This is completely unacceptable and I'm not sure what type of people you guys are hiring. Signed up for the summer deep clean for $149 for up to 2500 sqft home. No mention of a time limit beforehand through text or email. Got a call 2.5 hours in saying they need more time and it'll be $40 more. Told them no way. We tipped the ladies $50/each but now regret because they didn't do good anyway. Missed a lot. I wouldn't bother hiring them for deep cleaning or any type of move out cleaning. We have an empty rental and overall needed a good clean. Even paid extra for the windows to be cleaned (something not included at all). They left the place with so many missed areas including dirty shutters, dirty laundry room, dusty vents and fans. The windows are still dirty because apparently they don't clean the outside of it, just inside. They also are not permitted to get up in high areas. I mean, what's the point for a move out charge? They tried to come back and fix areas I addressed via pictures, but didn't spend much time fixing. In and out in 10 mins according to my painter who witness everything. Not much effort put in. I made an appt based on overall good Yelp reviews and they had available appts on a Saturday. The start of my appt was a little rough - they got lost because they had the wrong address and the previous cleaning took longer than expected so they didn't arrive until almost 2 hours after my scheduled appt. I initially wasn't happy and I called, which they gave me a small credit to appease me. The cleaning crew finally arrived and went to work and boy, did they work! They spent close to 3 hours with a deep cleaning of my 2 br apartment. I was amazed how sparkly it came out to be. They weren't rushing and wanted to make sure they did a great job. Prices are extremely reasonable at $149 for a deep clean. They take credit card with a $5 processing fee or cash. I will definitely be using them again in the future. Never again. I've used Rhino's services off & on for many years, and have never had an issue like today. Today I received a call while the cleaners were still in the house saying "due to the condition of the house, they needed an extra 30 min for $40". When questioned I received a response that it was "extra dusty", and a video was mentioned. When I asked for info I was provided with photos of a small desk (18"x36") and a dresser as the explanation for why the majority of the 2-1/2 hour service didn't even touch the downstairs floors. If you're going to advertise a DEEP CLEAN for up to 2,500 sf, and dusting pushes your team to need more time, perhaps the team needs to be evaluated and trained. They never even touched the downstairs floors. Never again. Read other reviews and you'll find the same strategy for more money with subpar cleaning. read more

Used Lidamar and Alicia for a deep clean which was ok. The second time we used them the regular clean was subpar at best. Still dirt and dust on floors, counters not wiped down properly, and they didn't clean up wax that they spilled from an incense warmer. But the final straw is the hand wand ind the shower set up to spray you when you turn on the shower. This was setup on both cleanings and got me on the second try. I made an appointment for this past Tuesday at 11:00. They sent me a confirmation via text. They did not show up. I called at 12:00, 12:30 & 1:00 & left messages. Finally, Angel called me back at 1:20 to say that the girls' had car trouble. Why didn't you call me when you got this information??? He then asked if they could come out on Wednesday at 11:00? I recently moved from California to Nevada and one of the first things I wanted to make sure I got on the books was a cleaning service. When I was in California, I had a super great team coming to my place so I had pretty high standards. I searched Yelp and Rhino came up. I gave them a call and the quote was right on the money so I scheduled my first cleaning. I'm a pretty clean guy and had only moved in a few weeks ago so I thought maybe I had scheduled my first cleaning too soon but I was totally wrong. The team did an AWESOME job and it looks like it did when I first moved in. A lot of the dust and grime from my moving boxes and stuff is all gone and all the fixtures are freshly polished and shiny. They even made a flower out of the tissue box and did the triangle thing with the toilet paper. haha, it's the simple things! In my second bedroom, I haven't had my bed delivered yet and have zero furniture in there so I thought this would give them a valid excuse to finish the job early but they were probably at my place the entire duration quoted so I was very impressed by that! The cleaning job was great. The harassment for payment was not. They did not collect from the homeowner who was at the property at the time of the cleaning. Then the texts started to me as I ordered the cleaning for my client. I told them I would be verifying the cleaning and forwarding the email with the invoice to our mutual client with Rhino copied on the email for payment. Again they texted me the same day and the next. I received approximately 12 texts in 4 days over payment of $199. I replied to them today that now I understand why we quite doing business with them and demanded that they stop texting me. I would suggest that anyone using this service make sure they have the payment ready even if not asked or you also will be harassed to death over $199. read more

The deep clean is so worth it especially for areas you don't necessarily think about! Othmard and Teresa did an amazing job on our last clean and to come home from a vacation to our house being so clean was the best feeling ever. My mom hired this company based on the YELP reviews. The cleaning crew are consistently on time ( they do ask you to allow a 30 minute buffer for arrival time) and do great work! I was very impressed by the professionalism the crew showed. They were relatively quick ( stayed 2 hours) and very thorough. They even added small touched throughout the house with the obvious intenet to make us smile ( which they did). They even swept up the mess I made gardening while they were cleaning ! When we have a regular cleaners, today, they decided to switch up the cleaners, although in our profile that we told them not to switch up the cleaners and they did a half assed job, we went to go run. Errands told the cleaners that we would be right back and when we came back, my kitchen was just spot wiped and the floors were not wiped. When I try to notify the company, they told me to send pictures which is Hardison pictures of dust and they said it looks fine. I am 27 weeks pregnant. I need cleaning services to be more professional and they expect me to just do it myself, although they charged us without even asking as well. We are having a home built and we rented a condo here in Las Vegas until our new home is completed in a few months. The rental was "cleaned" before we arrived. We were very disappointed with what we walked into. However, it was the only unit that we could find that was furnished, pet friendly, had a washer/dryer, on the first floor, and was available for the length of time that we required. Quality of this company has gone terribly downhill over the last few months so I would be weary of older reviews, especially in the customer service department. This is coming from experience of having them clean 30+ times over the last 2 or so years. Nail in the coffin had to be that they explicitly quoted a price upfront to us only to bill us a much higher amount later on. When I tried to get an explanation of why this was the case, they admitted that they had messed up on their end but there was "nothing they do about it".
