I was not pleased with the professionalism of my masseuse and the front desk during my visit. A family member of mine experienced inappropriate touching too and never came back. During my visit, the masseuse got on the table and was hovering on top of me while massaging which was very uncomfortable, so I told her to stop. She refused to get off the table. When I told the front desk about this, he told me that this is "normal" massage practice. I was shocked that there was zero regard for my bad experience, and I probably should have tipped less. If there is anything I don't feel comfortable with and tell the masseuse to stop, they must stop. Because of this bad experience, I am not coming back again. read more

This place never ever fails. They always take me on very short notice and every massage tech is talented and helps heal the chronic pain and stress I have. The rooms are all private and clean. Me and My daughter spent the holiday weekend here and went on a whim based upon yelp reviews. Got the 90 minute couples massage and Peter and Mary did not disappoint. I drive a lot and sit at a computer and my daughter carries a heavy backpack and does a lot of computer work. All of our tight neck and shoulder muscles worked out as well as our tight hip muscles. I just got a massage with Peter (the new guy), traveling and sleeping in hotels plus my TMJ (jaw issue) had wreaked my neck and shoulders to the point I was getting tension headaches. The staff is friendly and accommodating in terms of appointments. The environment is calm and quiet, very traditional for these types of massage parlors. I've tried a few massage parlors in the area and if I can't make it to a full service spa, this is a great alternative. I went here today and my massage was amazing I passed out during the entire 60 minutes. I thought to myself I'll get my mom a gift certificate for her birthday when I check out. I walked up to the front to pay for my session and then to pay for my moms. The short man with glasses checked me out I signed my receipt and as I'm getting ready to ask about gift certificates this man reads over my receipt and proceeds to tell me... "You need to leave more tip she worked very hard she's a hard work this is not enough..." I have never in my life been told what tip to leave for anyone. That was very tacky and ignorant of him to do so. I immediately told him I left her a tip and im not changing it and he proceeded to say so that's it. Although my massage was 5 star amazing and I would have been back monthly, I will not be returning ever again and I suggest someone look into his behaviors.... The only slight downside was the hole in the table for your face didn't seem quite big enough so I had to keep shifting to get some air.
