First, I sent a message via yelp at like 630/7AM not expecting a response until they opened or even later and I got a message right away and got an appointment same day! Second, I arrived and was promptly showed to my room right at 3pm on the dot! My massage therapist was EXCELLENT. I think her name was Cathy, I asked her twice but I was so relaxed I forgot! Since my last post, I've been to Lemon Tree so many times. I've seen a couple of comments about the place not being fancy, but don't let that detour you. What they lack in "fancy", they offer in quality! I usually see a new masseuse (I never questioned that), but I've never been disappointed. I fall asleep 9/10 times bc I'm so relaxed. The staff is so polite from the moment you walk in the door, the place is clean, the cost is affordable, the masseuses are gentle but firm, and they care about your experience. I have never have an issue with them and have absolutely zero complaints. Are the walls on the thinner side? Yes, but that doesn't get in your way of relaxing. I will continue to praise this facility to everyone I know. read more

My friend and I went for massages recently and it was a wonderful experience. I loved the eucalyptus oils that I got to choose (they had 5 or six options to choose from for $5, well worth it) The hot stones were quite wonderful, too. Beware, neither of our ladies knew how to give a Swedish massage haha they were quite firm but I'm the end, my body needed that! The only negative I have to say is that they need to change their clocks out. The music was a great volume but I could slightly hear the ticking of the clock which doesn't exactly make me feel relaxed during my massage. But otherwise, I wonderful retreat! read more

As a massage therapist I'm very picky about the kind of bodywork I get. If you have a serious chronic neuromuscular condition this is not the place. If you're having a long day and need to unwind then I think this place offers good value. If you any kind of serious injury or sensitive condition I would be wary of this place. I'm from Los Angeles (unfortunately) and in Frisco for business. After a 3 flight crammed in a sardine can and one nights sleep on this horrible mattress at the hotel I knew I needed some help getting some blood into my muscles and get some knots worked out. I looked up a massage place and lemon tree came up. I went in for a 90 minute massage and Lily was assigned to me. Let me tell you.. she is by far the best Massuse I've have in a very long time. She knows the muscles and feels where needs attention and focuses on those muscles to relieve the stress. I felt great after getting up from the table. The establishment itself is very clean, professional, and welcoming. I wish I lived here as I would refer lemon tree to everyone I know and have a standing weekly appointment with Lily. First off the front desk texted me 4 times and called twice when i was only 5 mins late. Which we understood but traffic caught us. The massage was good for my husband and I for the price! But the guy at the front was very pushy on a tip. We paid $120 and he said the ladies work on tips only which is very sad. He was adamant on us leaving a tip in which we were going to anyways but he was very pushy! We of course tipped them but the guy at the front left a bad taste in our mouths for that - and for that we will not return. - changed to one star for the business owner lying that we didn't leave tip. This place was average at best. My husband and I had a couple's massage and we both had the feeling that the massages were rushed. The male that performed my massage never asked about the pressure at all. When you go in, they are asking you if you want to buy massage oil that should be included in the price. They also suggest a 25% tip and prefer cash. Many times I give more than the 25% for such personal service but I do not expect for a facility to make suggestions regarding how I should spend my money. Spent an hour with a masseuse who literally just rubbed oil on my body and barely applied any pressure. I even asked her for MORE pressure, which she spent 2 minutes being better, then fell back into a mediocre half arsed massage. I stayed for the entire time since I was already all oiled up and nearly nekked, and also, I was waiting for a redeeming moment. But none came--she didn't improve in her performance. I informed the owner at payment (just to inform them of the employee's lackluster performance-- maybe a coaching moment) and he said I should've requested for a new person, that this particular worker typically offers deep tissue massages. She ABSOLUTELY did not!!! Sooooo, this review is let everyone know, as directed by the owner, if you are not liking your masseuse in the first 5-10minutes, just ask for someone different. I have been in need of a good body massage for a while now . Lemon tree massage exceeded my expectations. Stephen the manager was very friendly and showed me to my clean and set up massage room . Sophia took her time working my feet and legs and massaging my full back and the cherry on top was the head massage . I felt very comfortable the whole time. Everyone wore masks . At the end Sonia gave me tine to stretch and get dressed , I was again greeted very kindly by the staff and given a small bottle of water upon my exit . I will return !! They called me the next morning to confirm the details of what I requested, confirmed the appointment and was even flexible with the time because I had some last minute things come up! Wow, we opted for the 60 minute massage that incorporates elements of dee tissues, hot stone, and reflexology. Quite possibly one of the best massages I've ever had. This place is amazing. I went in today because I wanted a massage before the holidays and my usual spot was booked up. I've had massive knots since delivering my baby this spring, and my upper body in particular was crazy stiff now that my son is over 20 lbs. I'm a petite woman and carrying him around every day was taking a serious toll on my neck and shoulders. So I searched on Yelp (of course!) for a place that might have availability and found lemon tree. They were prompt and responsive over messages on this platform and I walked right in today and was taken back to the room within five minutes. I got a full body massage for an hour and the therapist was amazing. She asked what pressure I wanted, I replied firm, and she delivered! My whole body opened up. She worked me over from head to toe, applied lotion, worked out tons of knots, and applied hot stones during the massage as well. The whole massage cost only 65$ with the aromatherapy add on. The add-on was a nice touch, but the smell wasn't really potent at all. I wouldn't get it again. Then the communication wasn't that great. The therapist did not ask me beforehand what brought me in, anything I wanted special attention to or to avoid, and at one point when I was facedown on the table left the room to get the hot stones but didn't tell me so I was wondering if my hour was up and if I should get up and get dressed! All those things aside, the quality of the treatment is worth it. The facility is clean, timely, and effective. I'd recommend it! read more
