My job was in a big UAB office building that did not have an active cafeteria, so they would have food trucks come serve us multiple times a month. Satay n Roll was definitely my favorite. I would usually get the Bagel Roll, and then pair it with either fried rice, fried dumplings, or crab angels, depending on my mood. Satay n Roll stays moving around, so I had not eaten from the truck since I left the Birmingham area. Luckily, I came into town this week and was able to track them down; they post a schedule on Facebook. I got the Bagel Roll, of course, and crab angels with a Diet Coke. It's a heavy meal, but yummy.
