We sat outside and really enjoyed the atmosphere. The patio seating was comfortable, and the service was attentive without feeling rushed. It's a nice setup overall for a casual weekend brunch. I ordered the "Redneck Benny" -- an open-faced biscuit topped with sliced ham, ham powder, and two perfectly cooked eggs. It was hearty, flavorful, and exactly what you want when you're craving a classic Southern breakfast with a chef's touch. Everything we ordered was good and came out hot. The only hiccup was when the young woman helping bring out the food reached directly over my plate to serve my friends theirs. It wasn't the end of the world, but definitely not the best service etiquette. Outside of that, the experience was solid all around -- great food, friendly staff, and a menu that shows some creativity without trying too hard. I'd absolutely come back to try more of their biscuit dishes and maybe one of their breakfast cocktails next time.

Really enjoyed the french toast. The crispy outside and soft inside is perfect. I got bacon and scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese for the sweet and savory flavor. It is delicious. Staff are friendly and I like you can purchase items to take home like bacon.

I've wanted to try BBB for a while and finally got an opportunity this past Saturday. I've heard the wait can sometimes be pretty long, but fortunately we were able to get a table pretty quickly. I had the Veggie Omelet with Chicken Sausage added, hash browns and coffee. The food was delicious; coffee was just okay. Overall I enjoyed the meal, service and atmosphere. Hoping they build one in my neighborhood soon. There have been rumors, so my fingers are crossed.

I decided to take my new friend to big bad breakfast since he's never been there before. It was a Friday around noon, so there wasn't many people in there. We both started off with an apple mimosa it was very tasty. I ended up getting the big bad biscuit. It was good, but the biscuit was a little crummy and dry. I don't think I would get that again. My friend really enjoyed his biscuits and gravy and his low country meal Our server with a blonde girl, but I don't remember what her name was, but she was very attentive The bathrooms were very clean as was the restaurant I will definitely be back

Decided to finally stop by and try BBB. Of course they don't take reservations and it was packed. We got there a little before 10 am and there was about an hour wait. Once we were seated, we were greeted as normal and ordered our food and drinks. Keep in mind, the mimosas even though it was your typical beverage, it was slightly overpriced in my opinion at $10 a glass and the glasses were small lol. For some reason, BBB doesn't have carafes. I also ordered the shrimp and grits. It was your typical breakfast dish. It was pretty good and the food was served pretty quickly. To me, the BBQ sauce that came with the dish slightly overpowered the dish and it made it seem like I was eating a BBQ soup than shrimp and grits by the time I was done. Other than that, BBB is your typical breakfast spot.

Great, quick service even though the place was packed on a Sunday morning. The coffee was fresh and tasteful and the Fried Oyster Scramble was amazing!

Great location when you wanna stop in and grab breakfast. The staff is great and helpful when you don't know what you want! There's tons of seating and charger ports at some of the booths! Great place that we frequently visit !

The Yard Work skillet is delicious and "healthy especially if you're vegetarian or just watching your diet. My husband had the BLT omelet, it was delicious as well. Service was ok. The server kept reaching across us to fill drinks and even took my husband's plate before he was finished. All in all a good breakfast spot and will visit again.

sat at the bar. the place was busy. I had a tiny mimosa and immediately thought of the place I wish I would've gone instead. My French toast came out and it was delicious, but I was expecting a bigger portion considering there are many breakfast options in town. I probably won't go back. Prices are too high for what u get in my opinion. soooo... i drove to the place i should've gone. YUM!! Im happy now.

This place is my type of vibe!…read more Trattoria ZaZa has been on my list of places to stop at for several years. Parking often deters me but after attending the Italian Festival earlier that day, we had a craving for pizza. I ordered the combo that includes 2 slices of the day with salad. Since I wasn't overly hungry, I offered him one of my slices and he added another slice to the order. We paid and were given a number to place on our selected table. Jazzy music played in the background while we waited on our order to be brought to the table. The natural lighting, while beautiful, made it a little warm in the building. One of the waitresses propped the door open that leads to the restrooms (which are in the hallway near the elevators) in order for cooler air to make its way in. That wasn't a deal breaker, but do be aware of that on warmer days. Our food came out after a short wait. I kept my 3 cheese slice, and gave him the pepperoni one. The cheeses were very rich and the salad, while simple without the frills, was perfectly sized and drizzled with a balsamic vinaigrette that was just the right amount. While I enjoyed my meal very much and the ambiance, he wasn't overly impressed with his. He didn't want the fresh herbs on his slices and knocked all of them off, lol. He's a simple guy with simple taste. This is definitely a place I will be revisiting with one of my girlfriends and not him next time as he didn't appreciate what ZaZA had to offer. Everyone we encountered was helpful and courteous. Our food, including drinks, was around $28, which was not bad for a cute, eclectic spot downtown. If you haven't been, make sure to try them out soon. Just don't wait as long as I did to visit!

But I'm sorry the food? (In my case shrimp and grits) was NOT GOOD. And don't get me wrong, it wasn't a horrible flavor, but the flavors it did have were terrible. First the grits are not smooth at all. Like they aren't super course but they definitely could have been cooked down more. And they had little seasoning. And that's being generous. Then the "creole" sauce on top? Can we ask the audience what they consider creole? Because that was just pure tomato sauce. Like straight out a can, had to be. No way someone cooked that sauce from scratch or even with creole seasonings or typical additives I'm sorry I just refuse to believe it. AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST... 5 shrimp??? You can't be serious. I could understand 5 shrimp if they're the huge jumbo ones but these are smedium at best. Like I feel BAMBOOZLED because no way I paid 24$ for 5 shrimp and maybe 1.5 cups of grits. But imma be honest I'm not surprised the food wasn't that good. Any place that puts on the bottom "we can't refund for food you don't like" that should tell you everything you need to know. But I digress My friends said the tequila sunrise was good so that's another star. Service and tequila sunrise. The only highlights. The venue is pretty but I don't recommend
